Saitek X-52 Pro Worth my time and money? I'm so happy that people are giving me honest reviews! But now that I'm looking more into it the TM warthog is looking like a no, main reason is because I play other flight sims/games and the warthog is (from what I've herd) a very stiff stick. So my options now are the saitek x-52 or the x-55 because there that same price. So X-52 pro say: Pro And the X-55 say: Rhino

Ok so I want to start a poll but I'm not going to start a new thread. People who think I should get the saitek x-52 pro say: 1 saitek People who think I shouldn't get the saitek say: no saitek People who think I should get a TM Warthog say : Hog And if I should just stay with what I have say: Stay

I want to upgrade to the saitek because I want a HOTAS joystick with more functions and better controllability. And all the bad reviews on the saitek is also making me consider the TM warthog.

Yes. But EDGE is apart of DCS 2.0 so 2.0 will bring new features and fixes.

i commend you for your flying! i remember when i started to get into DCS, i used the keyboard and mouse only to fly, and i became very good with it. it is great fun and it gives an extreme challenge to fly in Simulator mode. i remember going from landing like a pro in LOFC2, to getting mad at the A-10C for its "flimsy gear" compared to the fc2 aircraft. So great job on the flying! but i want to see you step up your game and post a vid of a close formation flight. :)

You know... ive been thinking, if the X-52 Pro's are going for $200 now a days, then I guess I should go for a Thrustmaster Warthog. Should I get the X-52? or save up $300 more for a Thrustmaster Warthog.

Its a known problem (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=137906). but we don't know how long its going to take to fix.

Hello FONS, thanks for the review! do you remember what joystick you changed from when you got the x-52? I'm trying to get an upgrade from my Extreme 3d pro because I've had it for quite some time and I'm looking for a stick with more buttons and control. So do you think that "friction problem" could have been solved with some oil? And again thanks for all the responses and reviews, this is what I am looking for. Keep em coming! ;)
