I am trying to build up my track files with text in them as in the training missions. can anyone tell me the key sequences for inserting text (or indeed if this is possible?). is there a doc file with instructions? for track editing my efforts so far have all been trial and error. ps this and IL2-AEP-FB are the best game ever (not sure they should be called games though) please help

This is perfect answer. or solves my problem. Still don't know what is mean't by the ctrl-(numpad 1-9) sequence of keys (bottom of my lockon gold quick start quide not in original lockon manual but is in options-input-views many thanks though.

Beg to differ my manual refers to this option under 'external view control'. plus there is an F2 shot (of weapons) in some of the training tracks that can only be made by moving the camera left/right

I am unbale to move the external camera (F2) I can rotate it using numpad keys, but not move it using ctrl+numpad keys. Can anyone help please.
