I would give anything for an Iraq Map. Then I would have the option of modern or Desert Storm mission editing. My question is: is anyone making an Iraq map? And is there some sort of tool for making maps of our own? That would be great! Any info would be great.... Thanks guys :thumbup:

The F-4G would be the most fun I think, as long as the Systems are modeled correctly. Wild Weasel missions would be a blast in a real sim pit with a real backseater and correctly modeled systems in the front AND back seats...

I'm equally hopeful for the Tornado IDS, F-15E, F-4G, and/or F-111. The reason is, I am building an A-10C cockpit at the moment and when it's done, I really want to build a two-seater and have the back seat as detailed as the front. That would be fun with an experienced friend. If not, then I'm hoping for an F-16C. I'll just build a Viperpit for it while the wait continues. There's quite a bit of Viper sim parts available. I really want a two-seater from the list above though...

Any two-sweater would be nice if it had MP capabilities. Don't get me wrong... The F-14 is a fine plane but it's just not my thing. I'm highly interested in MP sharing jet cockpits but I probably wouldn't buy the F-14.

If you're gonna go with that logic, then the Tornado IDS is a way better choice. It's used by so many countries and a great aircraft. The systems would be so much fun to learn and employ. I think RAZBAM had a Tornado on their list but I just hope it's not the F3 ADV. F-4G and even the F-111 would be better choices. The F-14 just doesn't impress me. I'd be happy with the F-16D or F-15E too :joystick:

I have a really dumb question... What do I use to connect my toggles and rotary stuff to USB? I have been using the DTA pulse generators and I was looking for a more reliable way to do this. I love the DTA stuff, but will Helios work with my cards or do I need something else? Some of the cards give a 'button1' pulse when the switch is flipped either way, and some of my cards give a 'button1' pulse when flipped up, and 'button2' pulse when flipped down. I also have Pushbutton boards and a special board for center-off switches that gives a pulse in all three positions '1,2,and3'... Hope I explained that right lol. What I want to do is interface my panels for my pit via USB and Helios...this seems to be a much more reliable way. I think I can just use the Pushbutton boards because there's no pulse. Flip the switch up and the light comes on and stays on, flip it down and it goes out. I hope someone can decode this post and help me lol. Thanks everyone!

We need a much larger selection of aircraft radio Callsigns. That would certainly increase realism and open opportunities to make more complex missions. Any ideas? Please advise...

The Tornado IDS or F-15E would be nice. I would like to see the F-16C and D or F-18C and D. Falcon BMS is great but I cant seem to get mine setup right with my HOTAS Warthog stick. I tend to lean towards DCS anyways, whatever the next ship is, I hope its a multi-role fighter bomber. Strike and/or Air-to-Air capability would be a nice option. I have to say it though... Where's the love for the F-111 ??? lol That's what I REALLY want :thumbup:

This is true, but I want the capability of having the AC-130 orbiting high overhead, out of AAA range. It would be great to call and designate AAA targets from the A-10C before I run in on a CSAR mission...

I think quite a few people would like to have it, but I dont have the first clue on what to do lol. I was kind of hoping someone would see that and it would spark an idea and they would know how to do it. It would be a nice touch...

I was wondering....... Would it maybe be possible for someone to copy the default C-130, and use a script to make it function as an AC-130??? It wouldn't look any different, it would basically be the default C-130 with killing capability, but it would create a simulated effect of having an AC-130... I have had the C-130 orbit in a circle over target areas just for simulation at night, but it would be great if it had a script to shoot units with a GAU-8, which would simulate the 25mm, out of the side. I know that's not the correct weapon but I was thinking maybe, if it can be done at all, using things the game already has would make it easier for whoever writes the script... If anyone has any input on whether or not this might work, please let me know. Also, if it is possible, who knows how to do it? I wouldn't know where to begin, lol. Just thought I had, if someone who knows how wants to try it.....:joystick:

I need some SERIOUS help with TARS, lol. I have DCS:World(A-10C) 1.2.6 (latest), TARS 1.0.2.4, and TS3 3.0.10.1 (back-dated my TS for compatibility with TARS) No matter what I do, my TS3 still says "TARS not running." AND it isn't, lol. I have tried so many different thing and I was hoping someone would be willing to tell me how to properly setup TARS for use with my unit. We are a fairly new unit and we would love to add a little more realism. If someone would please help me get my TARS up, then I can pass the info to the guys in my squadron... Thanks

Normally we will fly once a week, and we only fly the A-10C.

Everyone has at least a year and various types of experience in flightsims and the real military.

Does anyone know how to make the tanker go faster during refueling? Also can it be made to just fly straight and not break away as soon as its finished refueling? It sucks to have to chase the tanker down after one of my guys is done refueling... And it's WAY too slow lol

I'm hoping for the F-16C or F/A-18C. We need a good multirole fighter. The option of A-G and/or A-A missions would be nice. Personally I'd like to have the F-16C in a module as nice as A-10C. Haven't put much thought into it but the Tornado could be fun. Definitely different...
