I found when strafing AA guns I see the tracers but don’t see the gun until I get directly on the target and zoom in.

=BURNING SKIES= WWII Server As with many things in life there is beginner, intermediate, experienced categories. I would suggest Burning Skies is full switch and falls into the experienced server category. There are other servers that have labels on etc and that is where FNG’s cut there teeth and as they gain experience then they graduate to full switch. Gotta start at the bottom before you can get to the top.

Increasing airfield distance has the added advantage of being able to get to altitude and form up for those who wish to fly as an element and provides time for the ground pounders to airborne and head to targets.

Increase the distance between airfields.

My install dates back to 2010 so it is a beta version. I am hoping to avoid downloading 100's of GB of software. So if I understand you correctly there is no practical means to migrate from HDD to SSD without a complete reinstall. There is a process to migrate Steam games for example.

Make sure you have engaged labels in order to see the black dots at distance, I believe right shift + F10. It does take practice to spot enemies at distance. A steady consistent scan helps.

Hi all, I am changing out my disk drives for SSD's and performing a fresh install of windows 10. Is there a guide on how to transfer existing Open Beta and Open Alpha installs from my current Hard Drive to the new SSD in preparation for Windows 10 install? Thank you in advance for assistance. Mission focus would make the experience a better one. In the early IL2 days our squad would enter the server with intent to roll the mission or win the mission. Some would fly cover and others would ground attack. A little more of this and a little less shoot'm up, (I believe), would make it more enjoyable. The challenge is to get everyone coordinated on TS to win the mission. Just one pilots opinion. Vulching etc. all's fair in love and war.
