  1. Having the Turkey in the DCS hanger would make many of my squad mates very, very happy!!!:juggle:
  2. In a quick test with a squad mate we found out that in options control you have to assign a command to the "Request Control". We used this in the Ask Always configuration in the ME. From there after game starts the one who doesn't have control can use that hot key to ask for control. Popup window appears the other pilot accepts - the controls changes hands. There does seem to be some inconsistencies with graphics as far as plane surfaces and mutual controls but I am sure they will get them ironed out. They are definitely going in the right direction here!!

  4. Just for the record I run Win10 x64 as well and everything is golden and works just like new. All I can mention is make sure you correctly direct your folder paths in Options/Preferences. Thanks for you quick attention to these matters. Great App!!
  5. Thanks Alaskan for your quick attention for the 1.5 overhaul.. I still lose the ability to select Kneeboard Settings after initially making the first setting. I have used your app enough where it is no biggie because I know how I want everything. However for new users who may need to make adjustments they might find this troublesome. Is this just something with my install or are others having the same issue? Website is nice by the way!!!
  6. I most definitely have to jump on this train. The WWII Pacific was a place of some very historic battles. F4U's, F6F's, Zero's, Kates, TBF's, the list is long and defined. Throw some apposing carries in the Slot (Salomon's) and mission builders could go crazy for decades!!! If this course of action was taken I know of at least 20 + people that would turn to DCS to fill their flight sim needs!!!
  7. Thanks Alaskan Grizzly for for the quick reply. I will await your return.
  8. I really like this Mod. I have been using it for a long time. Just recently probably due to the Beta version, I have lost the ability to use and adjust the Kneeboard Settings. Are you aware of this, am I missing something or is this WIP?? I even re-downloaded from your website. It was there in the beginning but as soon as it is pointed to the beta and I ran the game the changes were not there and then the option is greyed out again. Thanks in advance this is a great add-on.
  9. The wait for NTTR is worse than being five and looking forward to Christmas however it's only July.
  10. and to second this answer from Yeager himself it should set aside any other further assumptions about recoil. Lets all hope this gets fixed!! https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10155791345370494&id=465193060493
  11. Damage models are decent until you put an AI in the driver seat, then they become a little more bullet proof. Great for practice though. As far as the F-86, great model. Nice internal - external graphics and comparing how she fly's to what I have read she seems very comparable, Having never actually flown the F-86 in real life. About the only thing I would have to say to the negative is that the inflight rudder response seems to be a little off. Keep up the great work Belsimtek!!
  12. I couldn't agree more. I have had the C-101 for awhile now and truly enjoy it. Good for ILS, IFR navigation and pure fun to fly from take off to landing. After a couple bugs, and a few more key options are fixed and finished this A/C will certainly be in the books as a great DCS module!!
  13. I do agree. ED's releases are solid. I was judging mainly from the graphics of the flight modules. Very nice and very comparable and I am sure that the Hawk will be of the same quality when completed as well.
  14. Having the C-101, the Hawk and soon the L-39 I would have to say the C-101 is already ahead of the curve in development. They have the start of a great graphic model with functions near or at 100%. Once they have all hot keys implemented to work with 3rd party Hardware and some minor fixes they will be well on their way to a completed model. Should make it a little easier to bring the fighter version along fairly quickly I would think. As stated above the wait for a more completed functional model is usually the best. I would have to say however, the DCS models still in beta are usually 10 times of the finished products in some other sims.
  15. The website is very nice and the pictures of the models look outstanding. Can't wait to set sail! Good luck and God Speed with the endeavor.
  16. Here Here!!!!!! Carrier Op's!!!
  17. Really nice job guys I am truly enjoying this plane..
  18. Could not agree more with the Allied line up. Especially if there were some appropriate flat tops in the middle of a deep blue sea somewhere in the pacific Slot.. However the Spit is a nice bird as well.. Gota love the guns!!!
  19. Seeing how some of these are already on the shelf or in progress such as the P-47, FW-190, BF-109 etc, I would like to see some variety. Instead of having multiple variants of the same plane, I would like the Devs to spend their time on giving us some variety and enough A/C per an era where there could be some legitimate engagements reproduced. From this list I would have to go with the P-38J or L models and certainly the B-17, then the de Havilland Mosquito FB.V or even something like the Bristol Beaufighter. Having some multi purpose Fighter Bombers could go a long way in the WWII era scenario's. Plus having some multi prop planes would be a nice addition to anyone's hanger. My 2 cents!!
  20. I would have to Echo "Solty". All this talk about planes and little mention about the Iconic P-38.
  21. I have done the same. What a great reminder to finish the check list after start up, and before Taxi.. We should clear left and right before we roll out right...LOL
  22. and... I would not kick the P-38 out of the line up either.. Another Super bird that would look nice in the DCS hanger!!!
  23. Did I hear Carrier opp's... Wouldn't it be nice to simulate the skills needed to be a WWII Naval Aviator!!! Then Progress to the Angle Decks!!! Then on to the Fast movers chasing the ball!!!! Just to think about it, puts me on another level..:)
  24.
  25. and what a list, I narrowed it down for my liking but my eyes lit up when I seen the F9F Panther on your list. I could just imagine the FM of it in DCS..:pilotfly:
