Saw all these new models being worked on, thought I might join the party :) I've always wanted a civilian AC in LOMAC, maybe you don't but here's what ill be adding to my LOMAC experience sooner or later. I asked a while back about porting some models from FS but that was said to be a no go. So ill make my own.

Hi ive recently.. Sorrttt of learned how to skin in 3ds. but when I go to apply the wire material before the map 3ds crashes and just goes "do you want to send error report?" It will let me throw materials onto a plane but not onto any object in the studio that ive created. Any ideas? Maybe a solution? :)

Yeahh i thought it was Lock On Model as well. If other games use it, then sure, maybe it isn't specific, but hey, sure seems like it is. I mean, Lock on Model - LOM.. Even when you export out of 3ds it says Lock On Model (*.LOM). Maybe thats the reason Zmodeler2 didn't work.. Maybe THIS .LOM is specific to Lock On and Zmodeler2 supports another .LOM type.

Is .LOM specific to Lock On?

Yeah Zmodeler2 was tested on the Walmis F-15 but it didn't work. Which blows coz that model was so close to finishing.

What about Print-Screeners.. They're a pain in the but Pretty much 'makes' lag. Thankfully there aren't .. TOO .. many of them around.

Cant answer question one. but if you right-click on your footage and click properties, it should be right down the bottom above the undersample rate properties.

Set a headwind at maximum speed, aim your kuznetsov into that wind, set the kuz at maximum speed, fly as slow as you can, and hope for the best I guess. Won't be able to practice on a runway I think though maybe swap the model with a helo and edit it :P

Is the 8600 any good? I was tossing up between a 512mb 8600 and a X1650 by ATI with 512.. + 2gb ram.. Might be getting that soon, hows it running?

We have the P-3 Orion for the maritime, F-111 as our bomber, L-19 in army co-operation, PC-9 and bae hawk for trainers, we got no recon planes but we're getting wedgetails (i think), transport we have C-17s, challenger 604, boeing jets, DHC-6 twin. I fink thats it :) Apart from C-130s n watnot. Umm I read Britgliderpilots article part thingo on the scoliosis n watnot it said Scoliosis over 20 degrees will be disqualified right. Mine is less than 9, gives me no trouble and has stopped gettin worse. So maybe good? Also - Its caused by my short left leg, and i read there i may improve it or something by raising my left leg? its a dogs leg curve I guess u cud call it that anyway. Like, its just down near the lumbar
