This is getting really confusing. Normally i would guess the 40 series would be superior. If that is true then why is a 3080 so much higher then some of the 40 series cards? and the 3060 jumps down a bunch.

Whether i go to dogfight or just AA it will not return to nav. I uninstalled and redownloaded and still the same thing. It's seems this was a problem before and ED made a fix but i can't find anything.

I'm at the point where i'm 4 sure going to need an upgrade. i think the only thing i'm not going to change is nvidia gtx1080 founders. beleive it or not my 2nd gen i-5 2320 has done a pretty good job until now. it started suffering about two or three updates ago but b4 then i was getting a steady 60 frames in single player. also i wanted to see how some of you guy's felt about used parts. theres a bunch of that out there.

I don't think that's going to be a priority since the pilot don't have anything to do with that in real life. The pilot taxi's to a spot and gets out then the Aircraft is moved to it's next station. Depending what type of service if any,feul or whatever. The pilot is rushed to the debreifing room.

But everyone is off work now just release it today and we will figure it out. were gonna either be dead with corona or back to work in a month.

i found this in a log file here after my f-14 went haywire C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\DCSConfMgr no i went back to the log i had opened and the warning is no longer in the log but the problem is still there. so i guess it's back to using the repair option and losing everything again. i guess i could ask ED but they make me feel dumber than i like feeling and i always seem to lose my temper when all the comments start coming in and i could get another percent of my privlages taken. can't have that. then i'll never get invited to fly with the 104th and my hero mav. and i really don't want that. i hope this is acceptable so i don't spend the next 48 hrs. being insulted.

go with the F-18. the systems are more complex but with the fly by wire it's very user friendly. keep in mind while landing on ships the manual will tell you to drop flaps and gear at 250 knots. if you do the plane will go crazy. i wait untill 150 knots to do this and it's much easier. even the guys on youtube who say their real pilots say 250. you'll see what i mean. at the end of the day 250 will have you overcorrecting where 150 puts you real close to where you need to be. but f-14 is a blast too. it's just a bit harder to actually fly. hope this helps

here is an easy way. go to your shortcut for stable version R-click and choose properties and put this in the target box "x:\DCS World\bin\DCS_updater.exe" then pu this in the starts in box "x:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS OpenBeta" change the x to the proper drive and click ok and run beta from this shortcut. make notes of everthing that was in the two boxes so you can return the shortcut back to your stable version the tomcat will show up in the module manager shortly after the game starts

i had it installed and took it out to make some changes to my system and now it wont install. can anyone help? I'm sure it's some kind of registry fix that needs to happen
