  1. My pleasure, Enduro14. I think vs 1.3 is pretty much a good deal. Looking forward flying it. All the best, Sydy
  2. Vs 1.3 is up... Today is the day!!!
  3. On the next update (1.3) I will include one step for the Generator... I gotta operate the Jug a bit for sure.
  4. Gents, Update Vs 1.2 is up with some Improved Engine Data, typo correction and some better format. Edit: Next version only when module is out and I test it a bit. All the best, Sydy
  5. My pleasure! I found out there is an “h” missing in the Rheost. in the Quick Checklist. In Portuguese Rheostat is “Reostato” and I just mixed it. I will fix it in the next version. I am also planning to include some lights, gunsight and cruise regime numbers on the checklist. All the best, Sydy
  6. Hi Reflected, Just read the manual carefully. Here goes for the two questions: 1. You keep the rheostat on START & ALTITUDE always, unless you have and emergency and your fuel pressure drops. If so, then you move ir clock-wise to by-pass the electrical pumps. 2. The Engine controls interconnection may be kept until the “critical altitude”. It is not a fixed one, but it is when the BOOSTER tachometer reaches 20.000 rpm. You may go for 22.000 rpm on the booster for 15min. The other constraint to disconnect the Booster Lever from the Throttle Lever is if the engine starts pulsating. I will put some pages as attachments here so you may check yourself and have no “interpretation” mishap! :D I also notice I may improve the Quick Checklist with some good engine parameters. I probably will do so when they release the module. All the best, Sydy
  7. Reflected, I will double check on the manual and I will post here. I will try to photograph the page. All the best, Sydy
  8. Gents, Just to make sure, originally, the Jambock Patch on the left side of the acft did not have the Flak Cloud. It was included in Brazil after they returned from Italy and USA bringing the War Surplus P-47s. I included an example of it. All the best, Sydy
  9. Argh! Just noticed a pair of typos in it... “BRAKES”... Edit: Fixed. Update vs 1.1 up.
  10. Hi guys, I hope everybody is well protected during this pandemia craziness. Today I decided to make one of my Quick Checklists for the upcoming P-47D Thunderbolt module. I got it from the vídeo previews out there, from talks I remember with brazilians WWII veterans and from the original manual. Yep, I do have an original 1943 P-47D-25-35 manual. I also have the P-47B,C up to -23 Razorback and the P-36 Curtiss originals. I thought about scanning it to a PDF but with the way it’s binded I am sure I’d damage it, so it’s big no no for me. Nope, I don’t have the module yet, although I wouldn’t mind if ED make it available to me so I’d make an English and a Portugueses review... :music_whistling: (I gotta try... :D ) Anyway, here goes the link for the P-47D Quick Checklist Download Page. This is how it looks like: Btw, as I don’t have the module yet (ED, here is your second chance :D ) the path for the kneeboard is just a guess for now. All the best, Sydy
  11. Yep, I noticed that... They were flying formation erratically and bumped into each other. Got the othèr guy’s wing. It was funny...
  12. Hi guys, Hopefully my P-47D Quick Checklist will be available tomorrow for download at the User Files Download Page. Here goes a glimpse. Sydy
  13. Hi Florence, I will try it tomorro! Thank you. Sydy
  14. Hi guys, I will try to summarize what I did to make the DCE “Hornet over PG” campaign to work with the new SuperCarrier: Deleted the version I had (20.33-03 - the latest). Got the .rar (obviously the same), checked the missionscript.lua in my JGSME. ok Installed precisely as the .PDF says, except I did not run the FirstMission.bat yet. Changed into the Init.lua the Clear Deck from true to False. I had a hunch that’d work with supercarrier. It did. Downloaded the .LUA files on the post https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=4336660&postcount=1586 Put them on Saved Games\DCS\Mods\tech\DCE\ScriptsMod Also did this: https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=4335128&postcount=1576 Open DCS, Mission Editor and opened the Base_Mission.miz. Unlinked all units on CVN-72 (the most western one). Change the link to NONE. Changed the CNV-72 Lincoln Unit from CV-74 Stennis to CVN-72 Lincoln. Linked all unit back again to the same unit CVN-72 Lincoln. (Don’t mess with the Eastern CV - I did and I had to start all over again). Put the E-2 Hawkeye aft a little bit so it wouldn’t block any spawn point. (noticed that on the first try) Saved. Exited DCS. Run the FirstMission.bat file. Back into DCS, Campaigns, DCE, Hornet over PG, flew the first mission (Sead Scort). I hope it helps. Good luck, Sydy
  15. Tks for the tip. I will follow it as well!
  16. Hi guys, Just a bit more info to PB0, Miguel and the users. Today I tested my 4th DCE campaign instalation. The described bellow happened in all 4 I have here running. First of all, I followed the instruction on the dot for the DCS openbeta installation. The FirstMission.Bat ran smooth. Now, trouble begin (and solved itself). On the first mission, I flew and after the QUIT mission screen I got the Scrip pop up for the new mission generation (the black one) and the pop up for the mission results (the white one). While I get these pop ups, the black DCS loading screen hungs up and stays displayed. I had to Task Manager it off. When I came back to DCS, campaign was still considered Inactive. Flew again and got the same result. I flew for the third time, same result. On the Fourth time the campaign worked itself out and is up and running. This happened on all four. “Craziness is to repeat the same process expecting different results.” The ones I got up and running: Hornet over PG; Harrier over PG; Falcon over PG (latest 33c vs); RAF Harrier over Caucasus. Good luck to you all, Sydy
  17. Hola Sublimearrepentido, LOL Never give up. I have my share of disappointments... Some time ago one of the guys in the forum suggested to move the saved games folder location to another place and I made the mistake to move it to my F: root. This was one of the biggest computer mistakes I ever made. It completely f.ck up all my DCE campaigns and I love them all since the Desert Tiger campaign... I was completely down and took me a loooooong time until I understand how to fix it. I only made the fix two days ago and then I decided to go for this new version of DCE campaigns... I just followed the nice new PDF in it and, eventually, worked. From what I read, a couple of guys had the same problem, but insisted and the campaign came back to life. That’s exactly what happened to me. Now I have six campaigns “going on” here and 4 of them are DCEs. If you need any assistance, count me in, but I am way too far behind Miguel and PB0_CEF. Suerte, amigo! Sydy
  18. Hi Ganky, Dude... Comments like this are what give the will to keep making and updating them. Tks, it means a lot to me! Btw, do you know what “Civil Aircraft Mod” specifically that the campaign requires, pls? Edit: Nevermind, just found out how to install it. All the best and, once more, tks! Sydy
  19. Hi guys, Thank you for using it. All the best, Sydy
  20. Hi, I just started to fly this campaign. Loved the skins. Tks a lot. Sydy
