  1. HI, I just would like to say thank you for the J-11. I started to fly it today and loved the plane. I noticed that Su-33 lands with 10 of Alpha and the J-11A with 12 of Alpha. Any reason for that or just lower weight? Tks in advance, Sydy

    Fire and forget...
  3. I'd recommend to do a repair via DCS_UPDATER and double check the Open Beta modules manager. Good luck.
  4. Tks for the videos.
  5. WMG dudes are just crazy... Take care, Reflected. Sydy
  6. Reflected, It was in the 12th, “Johnny marching home”. I marked to remove the audio (around 3min), but YT said original video will be available until they do so. Tks, Sydy
  7. LOL All I needed is WMG disputing the video because of the music in the campaign... I just marked to removed the audio... What a shame. Sorry for that, guys. Sydy
  8. Reflected, I was pushing my luck way to far on this campaign. :D Well, guys, this is it. I edited the last movie. I was luck again on the last mission. I got 3 kills and managed to find Rommel's car. It is VERY difficult and the 109s raised the position to me, then it was a matter of finding it. It shows the most important events during that mission, including takeoff, armed reccon, intercept by Me-109s formation, dogfight, three kills, Rommel hunt and straffing, return to base and landing. If you wan to jump into the action, advance to 08:30 where the big dogfight starts or to 14:00 where the Rommel hunt starts or at 15:00 where Rommel attack begins. In the end I reviewed my results in this campaign: 15 air to air Kills and 4 ground kills in 12 missions. I apologize for the bad voice over audio, but I only found out after I flew the missions. Anyway, I hope you liked the series. I'd like to congratulate Reflected for such amazing campaign. Congratulations! All the best, Sydy
  9. Good morning, guys, Here goes the 11th mission (A success and the end). It shows the most important events during that mission, including takeoff, intercept of large formation, dogfight, at least one kill, return to base and landing. If you want to jump into the action, advance to 07:45 where the big dogfight starts: All the best, Sydy
  10. Tks a lot. I will try that. All the best, Sydy
  11. Hi, I saw you left your FUEL PUMP on. Good. First question: After takeoff, do you turn your Auxiliary fuel tank fuel cock to ON and the main fuel cock to OFF? Then, before engaging, do you turn it back to the main tank? (Turning the Main FUel Cock to ON, the Auxiliary fuel cock to Off and jettison the drop tank) Sounds like fuel starvation. I don't know if it is because you dried the main tank or if you tried to dogfight with the drop tank on (which does not accept negative G). Also pay attention to your oil temperature. I agree with gabuzomeu, reading the book before each mission adds a lot of immersion. Good luck, Sydy
  12. Hello guys, Here goes another one. It shows the most important events during that mission, including takeoff, armed reccon, intercept by 190s and dogfight, one kill, navigation, return to base and landing. If you want to jump into the action just go to 10:45. All the best, Sydy
  13. Anyone? I'd love to hear about the Super-T!
  14. Hi guys, Mission number 9 "An unsavory incident". Got 3 kills on this one. If you want to jump direct to action, go to 04:00 where it starts. Enjoy: All the best, Sydy
  15. Hi Bluethornton, Leave your FUEL PUMP (the one ahead of the pitot switch) ON the entire time above 10kft, this way you will not lose power at all. I am sure it was OFF during that event. All the best, Sydy
  16. Hi DAL, Tks, in the end I found out. I just assigned the F-18 TDC to it, just have to get used to it now. Congrats for the kit. I loved it. All the best, Sydy
  17. Guys, Pretty stupid question. How do I assign it to the F-18 TDC? I tried the axis assign and I can not select it. :-( I just can’t assign the axis to the TDC. Any tips, Please? Tks in advance, Sydy
  18. Thank you! It was a success here.:pilotfly: I will post some pictures for the colleagues: The kit and tools ready for the job The kit itself. I had to disassemble the slew sensor before instalation. It was good because I could get acquainted to it. Screws and disassemble of the throttle is pretty straight forward, but the most difficult part to me was to remove the old sensor. You gotta be careful and double check with a flashlight (a torch for the uk guys) :D to see the tabs that locks it into place: New sensor in its place. Now we have to choose the front plate (round or square) to fix it. I selected the square front plate so I have a joystick feeling and can find the corners easily. Front view of the sensor before the front plate installation. Square Front plate installed. Just plug the cable and close the thing. :joystick: Instructions are very good and straight forward. You just have to be careful so you do not cut any wire by mistake. Thanks a lot for the tip and Delta Sim, congratulations for an awesome kit for the community. All the best, Sydy
  19. Tks, doing it now. I will post a followup.
  20. Reflected, I am sure it is a ED and DCS thing, not you. Anyway, I would recommend the campaign to anyone. I vouch for the fun. Tomorrow I will post another video. It will be the mission with bomb drop. Edit: Editing the movie today, the drop was not that bad over Rouen. All the best, Sydy
  21. Hi guys, I just received mine! I will install it tomorrow. I found the instructions very complete. Any special or last minute tip? Do I have to re-map my settings or it is ok? Did you guys back up the input confir folder? Tks for the tips, Sydy
  22. Reflected, I just flew the test mission now. I got surprised it was a Mustang, not a spit. LOL FPS was average of 60 during the escort, but dropped to 3 for about 4 seconds during the bomb drop, got stable at 20 during the bomb fall and another drop to 2 fps for 3 seconds during the explosions then went back to 60fps. All the best, Sydy
  23. Hi guys, Here goes my mission 8: "Dive bombing". If you want to jump into the action, go to 11:00 where most of it starts. Reflected, I will fly that test mission now. I let you know. All the best, Sydy
  24. Hi Gerd, Nice you restarted the campaign. I flew it for the fun. To post a screenshot, you have to find a free image hosting service. Google it and find a nice one for you. Good you made it back. I also returned once smoking like hell. Safe flights and good hunting. All the best, Sydy
