You are factually incorrect, they repeatedly stated that Armat and Exocet are planned. The fact is that devs claimed that their version can carry Armat and Exocet and now just before the release they're changing their words. Not a very nice thing to do.

If they really don't know what their plane can and cant fire, how can we be certain that they know about other systems? Are they just guessing? I don't want to get into another Hawk...

What? :-( But they've been saying for a year that their version supports it. How could they have made such a big error in their research? This makes me wonder how well the Mirage will be simulated to life if devs themselves dont know exactly what their module canand cant so. A month ago Exocet was still planned according to Zeus and now it's said that their Mirage can not handle it. Dissapointing... I was really hyped for the Exocet.

Indeed, so it's ED that's doing the F-5E? Good choice. Wild speculation time: If F-5E is already on the main menu, does that mean that it's gonna be here soon(er than the Hornet)?

This is what we need! Great idea. Since you're looking for talented folks, I'll mention it to some Il-2 modders who made spectacular maps for that sim. Maybe they'll be interested. :)

IIRC, in of the recent streams Wags stated something along the lines that Strait Of Hormuz is getting close to being done. We'll probably have it soon. :) EDIT: Plus, the fact that first release was planned for winter 2014 means that the map is probably closer than we think and is probably just waiting for the new technologies that are coming with DCS 2 that will allow for new maps.

Do any Russian ships in DCS have cruise missiles that work like Normandy's Tomahawks in DCS? Sea to Ground missiles that is? :)

Please don't take away the SEAD and Anti-ship missiles because some people do not agree with you including them. There are probably more of us who are dying to use them. :)

Well the devs said what they said. :) Fingers crossed that they deliver these 2 missiles, it would make the DCS Mirage 2000 a very unique plane in DCS World.
