Helios can export several instruments from FC3. I made one profile for the SU25T and i am exporting: radar altimeter, barometric altimeter, ADI, HSI, left and right engine rpms, left and right temperatures, vertical velocity, Angle of atack and indicated air speed. All this instruments works width all the planes on FC3 Y0u can use, aswell, switches and buttons to activate batteries, engines and everything is keyboard usable. But Helios dont have input from those keys from the game, so you can use it on your touch screen, but if you press a key on the keyboard, then Helios dont know, about it. To the correct work, you need a special export.lua file. I am using one prepared for KA50, A10C and FC3 at the same time by Loophole. Buenas. No entinedo bien tu pregunta, pues a mi para salir del juego le doy a escape y en el menu que sale le doy a salir, en todo caso, si el profile te tapa algo de tu pantalla de juego, puedes cerrarlo primero, y luego el juego.

Yes! You can use a touch monitor using helios, for example.

You only need a second monitor, doesn't matter if is touch capable or not, you can use the profile width the mouse aswell.

Hello chardly38 For my experience on night missions, you cant see a lot on the shkval, unless you got illumination suport from others airplanes, or light cities. You can improve a lot the visibility in the shkval using the night googles but it seems to be a postprocess on the game and only afect to the main screen, so you can not be beneficied for this effect on the second monitor, so if you desconect the shkival on the cockpit that dont help a lot. On the profile you got the shkval controls and you can adjust brightness and contrast, sometimes this help a lot. probably you can not block a target, but you can see very well the objetives, then use the manual option in weapons panel , put the box over the target, adjust the two circles in hud and fire! of course try to do this technique in hover, to avoid the box movements. It works, i hit often static targets using it. And for the NVG light (the blue light on the cockpit) this do no affect the shkval viewport on the second monitor. ps: nice a10c profiles, congrats!

Ahora podréis volar misiones nocturnas usando este profile, diseñado para que se asemeje a volar con las luces azules activadas y las etiquetas encendidas. También se han introducido algunas mejoras para evitar un fallo que habia en el Helios y rompía los mapas tácticos al resetear los monitores en el profile. Podeis ver el change log en la web. Hello Sobe. this is the change log on v1.01 and v1.01b - NIGHT OPERATIONS, all the graphics has been modified to represent the feel and look of flying at night width NVG light on and panel HSI ADI on. - Remastered the way tactical charts works to solve a problem with a Helios bug. Now the map work well even after reset monitors - Changed to yellow the light alarms for LH and LR VLV CLOSED - Weapons ammo counter and radio freq on main panel only visible after entering on the cockpit - Size adjust on some labels to avoid cliping on some resolutions - The native resolution for the profile is now 1920x1200 for v1.01 (16:10 monitors) and 1920x1080 for the v1.o1b (10:9 monitors) The day versions are still on v1.0. As soon as posible ill make a update for those version. You can find all the profiles in the same package, they share the same graphics so i made only one big package width all.

I am usign helios width 1.2.8 and not problems at all. I really dont make nothing special to make it work from 1.2.7 to 1.2.8 so, whats exactly your problem?

You can use Helios just for clicking buttons and send the correct key to your sim. If there is not interface for your sim, then you can´t get inputs on Helios from the game. Thats mean, if you push a button on helios you are activating the button on the cockpit in the sim, but, if you click on the button on the cockpit, the button on Helios dont know about it.

Checking the labels on the switch on the russian version it seem the upper position says only ice (ПОС) (not ice/dust like in english) and the lower position says dust (ПЗУ) Some russian can confirm this?

Pues mira, no se me habia ocurrido lo de la guia. No es mala idea, no hay nada en castellano por ahi. Ahora mismo estoy trabajando en una version nocturna de mi profile, en cuanto lo acabe, puede que me ponga con lo de la guia :-)

Thanks for the answers, anyway, the flight was a 5 ka-50 mission, and two of us got the same problem width just some seconds between one and the other. Thas was weird, unless we are not protected from dust. as i tell before we flyght low.

yesterday flying a mission, my right engine sudenly turn off, after a eng vibrations message on the ekran. That was the situation; flying low (6-10 mtr), pitots heat on, rotor anti-ice on, and eng protect in the upper position (ice/dust). My question is, becouse the manual is not too clear: the eng protect switch is tree positions, the middle is off, down position is dust protection, and upper position is ice/dust protection, or only ice protection?
