Any luck contacting anyone GG? Hopefully, since you are a beta tester, they will listen to you.
The fact that the server is screwed up is mildly understandable..but the fact that we haven't even gotten a "yea, we know about it and are currently working on it" post from an admin is just rediculous. On top of the fact that they seem to be ignoring emails send to them about this.
I can already see that this company, either does not care about or, is extremely lacking in the customer support area. I don't care if something is broken, but at least have the common courtesy to acknowledge the fact that it is, indeed, broken by either returning emails or posting a response on the forum. Either one of which would take less than 5 minutes.
