  2. Thanks! Possibly common practice for Staffelkapitän in JG 26. Peter Crump also had the tail of his D-9 painted yellow.
  3. Thank you!
  4. JG 26 Doras http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=170695
  5. Back to proper screenshot resolution with second "Black 10"!
  6. Thanks! Upload vids to YT and link here, or just pack the raw videos and upload them to one of many Cloud services. Maybe the D-13 will one day have an owner who has the guts to get it into the air.
  7. First "Black 10" is finally out, with low-res screenshots. :(
  8. Appreciated :) More soon
  9. Are there any notes about Brunotte's bird available, from himself possibly? Known werknummer?
  10. Welcome.
  11. "White 13" is out.
  12. Ah yes, the wide range of RAF camouflage and markings to explore. :hehe:
  13. "Black 1" is out. Now with low-res, crappy screenshots. Sorry.

  15. JV 44 Dora pageant http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=168505
  16. Thanks and no problem! Hopefully won't be too long until we get there. Meanwhile, more Doras!
  17. Last but definitely not least, "Red 13"
  18. Glad you enjoy it. Thanks!
  19. "Red 4" is out!
  20. Nice shot DonJosh! Thanks for all the comments
  21. "Red 3" is out!
  22. Glad to hear that. Able to pick up phase, as well. "Red 3" will be out very soon!
  23. "Red 1" is out!
  24. The D-9 is equipped to carry them, but there is no known operational usage. D-9's in JGr. 10 were mounted with R4M rockets, alongside 190 A's that had WGr. 21/R4M mounts, but "according to JGr. 10 pilots, D-9's were not mounted with 21cm rocket tubes" (From Crandall's book)
  25. 4 (out of 5) Doras assigned to protect Me-262's of JV 44 during takeoff and landing. Pageant in second post! Red 1 D-9 "600424", piloted by Heinz Sachsenberg, slogan "Verkaaft's mei Gwand 'I foahr in Himmel!" (Sell my clothes, I'm going to heaven!) is written on the fuselage port side. Includes: - Versions with and without swastika - Completely remade normal and specular maps - Completely remade weathering - Texture files are less compressed and higher quality (Minimal to no effect on performance, though larger filesize in return) Installation: #1 Unzip folder to Your DCS installation folder/Bazar/Liveries/FW-190D9 #2 In skin folder, choose .lua file from two sub-folders for swastika or clean and copy file to main folder with other files (Default .lua file is for swastika!) #3 In DCS, select "Payload" tab in Mission Planner and select the skin from the Paint Scheme dropmenu below Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/23zkvec8g2gc77a/Red1JV44.7z Screenshots in spoiler: Red 3 D-9 "600xxx", piloted by Waldermar Wübke. His mocking slogan "Im Auftrage der Reichsbahn" (By order of state railway), that dates all the way back to Battle of Britain, is written in a neat curve below the canopy port side. Like all D-9's serving with JV 44, it has gone through significant repairs, most evident by the replaced tail. Includes: - Versions with and without swastika - Completely remade normal and specular maps - Completely remade weathering - Texture files are less compressed and higher quality (Minimal to no effect on performance, though larger filesize in return) Installation: #1 Unzip folder to Your DCS installation folder/Bazar/Liveries/FW-190D9 #2 In skin folder, choose .lua file from two sub-folders for swastika or clean and copy file to main folder with other files (Default .lua file is for swastika!) #3 In DCS, select "Payload" tab in Mission Planner and select the skin from the Paint Scheme dropmenu below Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/z0j8vz176u7ah3t/Red3JV44.7z Screenshots in spoiler: Red 4 D-11 "2200xx", possibly piloted by Karl-Heinz Hofmann. The fuselage text reads "Der nächste Herr dieselbe Dame!" (The next man the same woman!) and under a thin coat of paint, old markings ( <58 ) from it's previous unit VFS G.d.J are easily recognizable. Includes: - Versions with and without swastika - Completely remade normal and specular maps - Completely remade weathering - Texture files are less compressed and higher quality (Minimal to no effect on performance, though larger filesize in return) Installation: #1 Unzip folder to Your DCS installation folder/Bazar/Liveries/FW-190D9 #2 In skin folder, choose .lua file from two sub-folders for swastika or clean and copy file to main folder with other files (Default .lua file is for swastika!) #3 In DCS, select "Payload" tab in Mission Planner and select the skin from the Paint Scheme dropmenu below Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/dfo3k4wx1f8f7bz/Red4JV44.7z Screenshots in spoiler: Red 13 D-9 "210240", piloted by Klaus Faber. Instead of being numbered as "Red 5", Faber wanted to use his lucky number 13. Below the canopy reads ""Rein muß er" und wenn wir beide weinen!" (~In he goes even though both of us will cry!), crude sexual humour written in rough German, a saying Faber remembered from his time in JG 27. Includes: - Versions with and without swastika - Completely remade normal and specular maps - Completely remade weathering - Texture files are less compressed and higher quality (Minimal to no effect on performance, though larger filesize in return) Installation: #1 Unzip folder to Your DCS installation folder/Bazar/Liveries/FW-190D9 #2 In skin folder, choose .lua file from two sub-folders for swastika or clean and copy file to main folder with other files (Default .lua file is for swastika!) #3 In DCS, select "Payload" tab in Mission Planner and select the skin from the Paint Scheme dropmenu below Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/q6rx8yc3l2lrkbm/Red13JV44.7z Screenshots in spoiler:
