  1. It seems that you can read and write English very well, why need german manual? :smilewink:
  2. Nice one
  3. Nice! Btw your sig says you have Oculus rift, do you use this or trackIr? Not bad SU-27! My first kill was A-10, was hard enough with R-60 :D
  4. Flipping up it actually points the radar upwards by about 1.5°, I rarely use this but maybe I should :)
  5. It's amazing how you found the enemy visually at night! Good kill.
  6. Really nice flying, it's so satisfying to get kills with IR-missiles :P
  7. I also tested and can only say that switching inverter 1 off (DC) you can see the oil pressure gauge sets to zero :)
  8. Good summary, thanks.

    Rear switch

    You mean fuses/circuit breakers ?
  10. Well that is good news! Really like MiG-21 and 104th server, let's hope that DCS World 2.0 magically resolve all stability issues :music_whistling:
  11. Now she looks like the "Mukelo", good job ;)
  12. No problem :smilewink: I hope someone can explain how this should work.
  13. Good job Chuck, very useful guide! On page 15, not sure about this green light how it actually works. Made a quick test, on the ground the green light turns on when the drop tanks is attached, after take off it turns off and turns on when the drop tanks are empty. :noexpression:
  14. Yes, since 1.2.15: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=139815
  15. hope so..
  16. Yes I use also SweetFX and Mustang's Sky Mod.
  17. Good job tsb! I'll put here my first video from 104th server, sorry for bad quality. I don't know what button I pressed in game, somekind of dark filter was activated :D The first target I chased was F-15, had to break off because another F-15 (checked later from Tacview) was scanning and teasing me with his radar. Also wasted my second R3R but at least I shot the enemy down lol
  18. I never fly near the enemy base, too risky and too far from my airbase :D Almost every time I have faced the enemy between the bullseye and the enemy base or around the bullseye. And yes, usually enemy gets the lock first but I evade, hide in mountains and start playing cat and mouse game :P
  19. +1 !!
  20. Yeah I like to use both tactics, mainly I fly the radar off but regularly scanning and checking bogeys. Hunting A10s must be fun, have to try this also :)
  21. Wondering one thing, if I scan the sky with my sapphire radar, how far can e.g. F-15 detect this radar signal? Made a quick offline test, mig-21 vs F-15 head on and the Mig-21 RWR started to ping after the distance was ~50km so this is some kind of max range for SPO-10 RWR?
  22. Good info Jorge, thanks. Step by step learning new things against these monsters! Already have killed three F-15  Can I somehow save a track on 104th server? Tried MSI afterburner but it's soo fps killer.
  23. Made a quick test near Batumi AB and I managed to blink it after setupping the correct RSBN channel (16 for Batumi). And tried that RV3 SOD channel selector button, it blinks faster / slower with different settings. Maybe this transponder tells you that ATC is seeing you :D Now, have to go work ->
  24. There is three SRZO-2 lights in the lower right panel (RV36), maybe the lowest light (decipher) recognises friendly IFF, have to test later.
  25. Good tutorial, thanks! Didn't know that yellow light is related to IFF, good to know  The manual says that this light is Aircraft distance transponder SOD-57, googled also and wiki says ATC transponder, a little confused what this actually is  Btw, is that RV3 button modelled and what it does? (Aircraft distance transponder channels selector switch)
