Thanks for info AME, it's always interesting to read feedback from real pilots. If the engines start too fast, they should fix it. I don't think ED purposely speed up the engine start so we can join air quakes faster :P

Well, according to natops DDIs have 3 colors: "On aircraft 163985 AND UP the DDIs are NVG compatible and display three colors (red, yellow, and green) for stroke information. A monochrome version of the digital map can be selected on any of the DDIs. Either DDI can provide raster generation for the HUD. A description of the various switches and controls on the right and left DDIs follows."

You can easily do both at the same time, just need :beer:

I have 2 x 120Gb SSD so my second SSD is reserved only for DCS :D Maybe its time to buy 512Gb SSD, not so expensive anymore.

You have to press TDC Action to get lock.

I think you should add some deadzone to throttle, check your DCS axis settings. I have CH throttle and sometimes axis is bouncing even if the throttle is all way back. So put your throttle full back and adjust deadzone. And its good to calibrate frequently via CH Control Manager.

Apu ON ? Make sure your throttle is OFF (all way back). And keep parking brake ON
