I bit the bullet and did install two copies but I also bought a new larger SSD for just DCS and some other games.

Nice to see the entire DCS community on and anxious. lol

747 with all 3 pilot slots flyable and clickable plus 400 seats for multiplayer with Hostess interaction confirmed!

Probably 3ds Max. You need it in order to put objects into DCS since the tools are max plugins.

There are legal ways to get it cheaper or free if you're a student. I wish they had the same military veterans program that Solidworks has. It takes several years of learning to get on a high level with 3Ds Max. It's fairly complex and alot of things you can do with it. It's up there in complexity with something like Solidworks.

Did you have DCS installed when you upgraded to Windows 10? Have you tried to run a repair on DCS? Did you update your video drivers to the Windows 10 specific ones?

Which way are you setting the points? Scale set from -100 to 100?
