Thanks. The third button of the monitor says: Resolution: 2560 x 1440, 144Hz G-SYNC Mode. So I think it's OK. Do you have a G-SYNC option in Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Vsync? I'm glad we have the same monitor :) When did you buy yours and do you know which revision it is? That information is normally printed on the box near the bar code. I just got mine on Amazon and bad luck the revision is REV01 (old stock). Latest revision is REV04. But on the other hand all seems OK so far, no dead pixel or whatever.

Hi, I now have a DELL S2716DG 27" 2560 x 1440 @ 144Hz G-SYNC connected to a GTX 1080 through a DisplayPort cable. My drivers are 385.69 After reading tutorials, I did the following to turn on G-SYNC: Nvidia Control Panel 1) Display > Set-up GSYNC 2) 3D Settings > Manage 3D settings > Vsync : here I should have a G-SYNC option in the dropdown menu but there is none? Is my G-SYNC active? Please note that the OSD menu of the monitor says: Resolution: 2560 x 1440, 144Hz G-SYNC Mode

Hi all, I have recently purchased the MFG Crosswind. I'm very happy with the quality, accuracy, design and many possible customizations. On the other hand I am very sad with the unstability. When I remove one of my feet off the pedals, the whole device lifts off the ground. I know I should mount the rudder on a plate but I'm not a DIY guy. Not everybody is a cockpit builder. For the price, the rudder should come with a plate in my opinion. From the manufacturer point of view, a large baseplate would increase the price of the product. There are plans to make a plate available as an addon in the future... but not now... The second reason why I'm unhappy is more personal: I have a regular desk chair and I don't feel comfortable because the rudders are rather high for me... So I'm thinking about reselling the MFG and get VKB-Sim T-Rudder Pedals Mk.IV instead. I fly mostly helis and I am aware that they dont have toe brake but virtual toe brake. That's OK for me. I think I should feel more confortable with a regular desk chair, with the heels on the floor. However I'm wondering if I will feel comfortable with the spacing between the 2 pedals. How does the spacing compare to a CH Product rudder or MFG for example? Thanks. PS: purchasing on internet brings indeed many advantages. However for physical products like rudders or joysticks, it is a big disadvantage not being able to see and try the real thing.

Hi, I have just changed my graphic card and now I get a "DCS has stopped working" so I cannot launch DCS. I saw some threads about module re-activation after system change but I'm not there yet.

Thanks Toxic and BitMaster, for your return on experience. Much appreciated. I don't have the budget for a 1080Ti, so I think I'll go with a 1080 which is already very good I believe. The goal is to handle 2K with Ultra settings in games and DCS and to last as much as possible until the next whole PC change.

I know it's possible but it is not realistic ;) Not a big deal though.

Dzen said that he changed cargo to Oiltank with 3000 kg weight. However, I think we need to wait for the next DCS update (1.5.8 ?) to see the update.

Oh I see! Thanks for the clarification. I understand the constraints and indeed I did not see the soldiers playing the role of fishermen in the night and green forest. One last suggestion: place the soldiers closer to the fire otherwise number of players could miss them IMHO.

I increased my RAM from 8 Gb to 16 Gb recently and I changed completely the RAM (no mixing old / new). For 130€ I took Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 1600Mhz CL9. I did not want to spend more to save money to buy a better graphic card.

I don't remember if you have to land near cars and people or near the burning wreck. But in either case, make sure you land close enough of those.

Hello, I had to fly 2 times this mission before succeeding. The flare was a very nice idea given the situation and objective of the mission. The problem I had was "how many flare to launch each time?". I thought : not enough and the guys on ground may not see it :( On the other hand, too many flare and the next time the crew ask to launch I might have no more in stock :cry: I think that the system monitors if flare is launched when crew asks for it, and that is all? I did not take time to voice it when I finished the campaign but now that this thread does exist, I would like to do the following feedback:
