Hi, I am a comrade ;) transitioning from the Mi-8 to the Huey. In Mount Elbrus mission I get a continous warning sound after take-off. I believe it is related to the 20 min fuel caution. I tried the R key which turned off the caution light on the front panel but I cannot stop the sound warning?

Hi all, Since my arrival in the DCS community I received great support and enjoyed quality material (and more particularly Devrim’s Mi-8 english cockpit and Chuck’s guides). So in return I wanted to make a small contribution. Please find below my review of the Oilfield Campaign. Hi, Today I had an idea. It is not a must have but a nice have. When one has finished the campaign, one can refly the whole campaign or selected missions. The idea is to have all the scenery components available in all the missions (oil rigs, landing zones, cargo, AI...) in one single mission. This mission would have no objectives, so the user could fly freely from one rig to another. A map of all rigs and locations of interest should be made available. Cargos would be available in all landing zones, to be picked up anytime and to be transported anywhere. How one can access to this bonus mission? In the last mission of the campaign, when the user lands at the base, a code would be displayed on the ground, for example : Then the user would go to a website to download the bonus mission. For example : That could be done for Oilfield campaign, or a future campaign based on a civilian theme.

Hi, On Microsoft Flight Simulator, there is a mode called "slew" : using keys combinations, you can move the aircraft within the scenery without having to fly it. Does such a mode exist for DCS? I made a search on Google and on this forum but dit not find anything relevant. But maybe I am using the wrong wording (slew).

Sadly I had to revert to 1.5.6 because of the sling bug brought by 1.5.7 So I'm afraid I'll have to wait for 1.5.8 to start the Border Campaign with all the fixes. Anyway, your efforts to bring the fixes and to take into account the community feedback are much appreciated :)

I voted. I'm a single player. "BeachAV8R", a reviewer on mudspike.com says: "For those people that are predominantly offline players of DCS World, the tutorials, single missions, and campaigns ... are essential to deriving the most from each purchase". I fully agree. Jabbers_, why are you trying to gain some insight? Are you working on a campaign or a project? ;) Please share with us.

Congratulations to the ED Team for the DCS Weekend Newsletter Hello, I want to say thank you to ED Teams for the regular Week-end news sent by e-mail. There are some interesting infos and it is always well presented (layout, screenshots). I rarely subscribe a newsletter for a long period of time but the DCS Newsletter is an exception. I've been reading it for several years now, even when I am absent from the simulator. It is also rare to see a flightsim developer communicate so well with the community (website, newsletter and forum). PS: I initially wanted to post this in the Official Updates forum, where there is a sticky post "DCS World Weekend News" but it seems that it is not allowed.

Hi, When 2.0 will be released officially, I am wondering what the numerous campaigns built for 1.5 will become? I imagine that campaign developers will need to make some adjustments if they want their DLC work properly with the new Caucasus?

Hi, To avoid a bug in sling load operations on choppers I reverted from 1.5.7 to 1.5.6 When 1.5.8 is released, if I do not want to update, the next time I update I will go from 1.5.6 to 1.5.9 (cumulative update). Is that correct? Do you see any problem with that?
