  1. Another short The William Tell Story F-15C of the 144th FW vs QF-16A drone
  2. Thanks, I caught the bug again after combing through some old Cold War era documentaries.
  3. Good evening everyone, After a long hiatus due to personal reasons I'm starting to slowly get back into the flight sim and video editing hobby. This is my first movie in almost a year. I hope you all enjoy!
  4. The template I set up. Not 100% done, still working on aircraft and object placement.
  5. ??? Not sure that I follow
  6. Just finished filming and editing another short video. F-15Cs of the 67th Fighter Squadron (USAF) vs F-5E/Ns of VFC-13 (USNR).
  7. No music or cinematic shots, just straight flying. I'm slowly but surely learning the systems. There are a lot details with the gun sight that I'm not use to with the F-15. In the end, the poor bastid got away :joystick:
  8. Can anyone guess which classic flight sim titles the SFX came from?
  9. Some clips of my first flight in Belsimtek's F-5E Tiger II module for DCS. I normally fly the F-15 so it has taken some getting use to the flight controls and the weapons delivery system for this little bugger. I miss the F-15's power, speed, and avionics but with the F-5 I get a better turn rate down low. Flying this little fighter is a blast as well as a challenge as she is very forgiving and resistant to buffeting/departure; but, she needs a lot of trimming and has a much slower throttle response than the mighty Eagle. Also, not use to flying without a HUD and advanced avionics to help me "see" what is out there. Hopefully I can get the systems and switches down to muscle memory like I have done in previous sims like Jane's F-15.
  10. Not a Russian aircraft fan but... I dig this man nice camera work!
  11. In this exercise virtual pilots from the California, Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and Oregon air national guard go up against a QF-4E Phantom of the 82d Aerial Targets Squadron. All participants got two shots, a radar and heater, at a QF-4 drone. Featuring "Ironroad" flying chase and instrumentation from the 173d Fighter Wing 75th Anniversary bird.
  12. I just finished another video testing out some free and opened-sourced head tracking software. This was not meant to be one of my preeminent videos. Instead it just me experimenting with the various software and analyzing the playback of my head movements transposed into game. My feelings about opentrack and tracknoir are mixed. It is nice that they are free, but I'm tempted to shell out the money and pay for TrackIR if it is more effective. **A big thanks to the "student" pilot who let me make an example of him :-D during this training exercise. Also to GeorgeLKMT and his awesome 75th Anniversary 173rd Fighter Wing, Oregon Air Guard Skin
  13. That was a nail biter you had me screaming "break away break away!" at the top of my lungs. I hate refueling in this game!

  16. In my latest DCS short film installment titled, DCS DACT 7: Jacksonville Jackin' dM2xTJRVjVo Part of my DCS "Go Guard" series which features the current Air National Guard units that operate the F-15.
  17. Thanks, I tried to some new filtering techniques in this one. After I do the 125th Fighter Wing of the Florida Air National Guard my "Go Guard" series will be complete.
  18. Just finished another DCS training video. This video features F-15s from the 144th Fighter wing/194th Fighter Squadron of the California Air National Guard, mixing it up with F-5E/N Tiger IIs of the Naval Reserve. The video is part of my "Go Guard" series which features each state unit that operates F-15s. And also a capture I just finished of a 144th bird taking gas A big thanks to Tom Weiss and **************** for the awesome 144th FW skin.
  19. Just finished another DACT (dissimilar air combat training) short featuring F-15s of the 142nd Fighter Wing (123rd Fighter Squadron) of the Oregon Air National Guard. A big thanks to Tom Weiss for his awesome Oregon Air National Guard skins. I had to mix several audio clips and tracks in this one and lay them over what was recorded in DCS. I'm not 100% pleased, but I guess it will do. Feel free to critique and comment. If you like it please share.
  20. Got into it with an unmanned QF-4E drone. That robot gave me a run for my money and almost caused a collision between me and the command chase plane filming. Featuring: F-15s of the Massachusetts Air National Guard
  21. Dancing With the Devil
  22. Another DACT (dissimilar air combat training) short I just completed featuring the Louisiana Air National Guard's 159th FW, the Bayou Militia.
