  1. My monitor is 1920*1080 I don't really see any issue. But whatever, I've turned it off quite some time ago.
  2. I don't see the problem here, but Tapatalk users can turn it off. As far as I know, I have turned the setting off. (I hope it is actually off)
  3. I think 1.5 won't be there anymore because we switched to 2.0
  4. I'll be warming up my laser to assist your bombing missions :)
  5. Usually lonewolves would indeed respond quickly, but right now the chat is way too spammy as it gets littered by messages of every action done, thus causing nobody to ever look at the chat again "because it's most likely just another guy switching slots" And the window is so small, with no option to filter. The server host can turn all of these mesages on, but please give us clients a filter so we can choose what we want to see.
  6. When it gets there, I'll be on your side
  7. Right now the problem is even worse because of how tiny the chat window is and how flooded it is with messages telling this player occupied this plane, this guy killed this thing with this weapon etc. etc... But apparently nobody cares.
  8. I already do this, but it would be nice if some teammates would respond again like they did in 1.2 when the chat window was obviously visible. Fair enough,
  9. And teamwork? It's important as hell, and the amount of people not using team speak is shocking. How everybody is playing lone wolf and not helping because they don't read the chat. This is DCS, not Call of Duty with planes.
  10. Still, we're gonna need a better chat menu. Nobody reads the damn thing. Literally, there could be a 30 people in a server and nobody responding. This is terrible.
  11. I see it as a challenge to try to fly this thing with as much as possible wing missing.
  12. I only have my main PC, no other PC in this house with sufficient specifications to run a server.
  13. Not just Huey, Mi-8 too. I'd love to host a small server for a few days, but I don't have all the hardware for it..
  14. This is interesting. I've seen similar behaviour, When I was finished with a mission and thrown back to the menu screen, RAM would be up a little. After doing like 5 missions my RAM usage for just sitting at the main menu doubled. And it kept doing that. Same goes if you leave a server and join another. During gameplay it takes a long time for me for it to actually crash because of it, but after a hour or so I will get stutters and lag.
  15. True dat. Gotta get the max realism.
  16. Okay cool. This is what I wanted to know. I'm sorry if I was a bit too confusing.
  17. A-10's fly low, but it isn't really an issue. But when the Mirage is flying at 30k+ feet, how is the Mirage gonna drop the bomb close enough to the target I'll be lasing? I suppose CCRP using a coordinate in the INS, but I wanted to know sure if this was the case as I don't really know how the Mirage can drop bombs
  18. I know.... I know.... But I'm asking for the way how the Mirage knows how to release the bomb. I know how to lase for buddy, but I'm interested in how the Mirage could know where to drop the bomb (like from high altitude) This entire buddy lasing thing... I've already done it multiple times, with a friend just not equiping a TGP and doing CCRP using a SPI created using the HUD.
  19. So the Mirage just does CCRP on the general area of the target, (or on coordinates I can tell him), and tells me when he released the bomb so I can turn on the laser? Or is there another way for the mirage to know where he has to drop the bomb? Because this is the main question for me.
  20. Yeah... I know.... I've buddy lased before, as practise, but I wanted to know how the Mirage knows when to release the bomb
  21. As the A-10 pilot wanting to assist the Mirage pilots, I'd like to know more info too. I know how to lase and how to set a laser code on my TGP, but how does the Mirage now when to release the bomb?
  22. I swear those things went pitbull on me while having already passed me (head on) Should have kept the track.
  23. With a trigger zone it does work for me, but when commanding a vehicle to do so it won't...
  24. Hello, I've been screwing around in the mission editor, and found an option called "transmit messsage" So I thought lets try it! I made an APC Tiger, set it's frequency to 124mhz AM, and made it broadcast a .wav file I created. But... When I tune into that radio frequency I can't hear anything. Can anybody tell me in short what I'm supposed to do for this to work? Thanks, Dominique
  25. Eeuuhh Yeah, confused the 2 in quickness of writing the comment.
