I haven't had any problems with version 1.2.2 but I am concerned about individuals that are having crash problems in single player and multiplayer. Something is a miss here. Its either they are not getting the proper guidance or their computer specs cant support this simulator. I am looking for more individuals in multiplayer but its not possible if they are having game crashes in single player, trying to learn before coming into servers for online play. I had problems prior versions of 1.2.2, after while it would crash to desktop, under windows 7. Since I have Windows 8 64bit, I haven't had a issue with 1.2.2. I surely hope update 1.2.3 will provide solutions for many DCS: World, FC3 owners! Take your time ED! I for one looking forward in these stability improvement for everyone and the 6DOF views for my Russian aircraft!

ROFL ^^^^^^ Your analogy is just good as mine! I used mine for the people that are impatient about the version and stability. I am patient but what I meant about the updates is that they are not needed unless its a positive in all aspects. When its done its done! :)

I hate reading updates saying, oh we are almost done on 1.2.3 and if it goes well we will release it afterwards. id rather have updates saying it will be a while before can release it to the public. Its like the government saying you can fly f-22 but theres a risk of crashing because the onboard software has problems with and causes the system to shutdown or even cut your breathing system. Would you still take the oppertunity?

Okay I figured it out. My graphics card driver was updated by Windows 8. With the update, it enabled 3D glasses capability without my knowledge. Simulators such as Lock-on, FC, Flanker 2.5 are all on the capability list. Its awesome to know Nvidia likes messing with peoples simulator without giving the heads up. Anyone else knew about this and figured it out?

Anybody know why this all the sudden happened to me? I just posted a picture but it came out okay... I only see this odd reddish-purple hue in-game menu and every where else in the program. When I exit to desktop the problem goes away. No other programs does that but DCS FC3 current update. Do I have 3D enabled somehow? It seems like the colors are there for 3d like glasses system.

I think I was one of the su-27 pilots you shot down. But I had no joystick and no tracker IR, or any of the keys set to release weapons or knew how to toggle off the master arm switch :) I'm glad I made your video look easy. >:D

That's because they are getting ready to release FC3. The training videos are there for people to download beforehand so that once its released, you don't have spend so much time downloading files(that's if you need the training videos). If you try to do the training missions without the full version of files that FC3 will come with, its going to fail miserably, as in your case :D I am waiting impatiently like everyone else. C'mon FC3 let me have my MIG-29 :pilotfly:

Some one already beat me to it. I was going to say as in a marketing stand point its more profitable to release it near Christmas time. One more full month and Christmas will be here before you know it. In all actuality, it gives them more time to create finished product and continue working on our US fixed-wing aircraft. P.S. I don't have FC3 money that I saved up and that's one of the reasons why I just broke peoples hope of early release. Sorry guys. :noexpression:

Ahh I see what you mean. :( But why put something like this up for people to see? Isn't this suppose to be like a picture promo of what you will be able to use and see that is new? I don't know but this is kind of depressing knowing the truth :D No worries I'm sure we will one day get to Naval Campaigns that will introduce Mig-29k and Su-25TM as flyables. :)
