I just did my controller setup using Chucks F18 guide, so my speed brake is on my Warhog Hotas throttle and shows as working when I click it in the DCS controller settings. However, if I engage it in the sim in the air the F18 doesn't slow down at all? I take it that the speed brake is used to slow you down while in the air, but it doesn't work for me? Am I missing something here? Any help would be really appreciated because it makes the sim unplayable for me with the speed brake working. Cheers!

I'm new to this and was just wondering if there is a startup list I can see while in sim? I use VR, but it would be nice just to learn how to startup the F18 even when I'm not in VR. So is there a list anywhere like in other flight sims that get checked off as I'm following the procedures to startup the E18? Cheers!

One last question. Are the cockpit sounds classed as the engine sounds or World sounds? Thanks!

@SkateZilla - Are they used for DCS and where do I find this device and how to set it up? @Revvin - Do you know if EDTracker is going to use 6DOF at some point? I'd find it rather useless if it doesn't have 6DOF.

I tried that and it still plays at the same volume which is loud? How do I fix this, is it a bug? I can't hear what the guy is saying because the engine sounds are to loud.

Someone needs to jump on this technology straight away. Trackir is well past it's sell by date and they now need to look at alternatives. Even the software is dated and there's only so my you can do with it, it's very limited in what it can do when it comes to tracking and can be a bit of a pain to set up.

I can't hear the trainer in the A10C training. He suggests that I turn down "Cockpit and World sound settings" if I can't hear his voice, but when I move the bars right the way down, the sound remains the same and doesn't decrease at all?

After seeing how good the tracking is in VR, I think it's about time trackir produced something better then it has right now. I have had constant tracking problems with Trackir in the past and the limited coverage is an instant problem when you consider the coverage VR tracking has.

Did I hear right when starting the A10C training mission? Is the guy who's teaching me calling me a nugget and is this what new pilots get called? Just can't make out if he's calling me this lol.

Can some tell me if the A-10C Basic Flight Training Campaign is the same one as the Maple flag missions? I'm mot sure if it's the same thing you purchase from the store because it has the same title as the Maple flag missions. Please advise! Thanks!

Does anyone know of a Youtube video that shows you how to do this in DCS? Is it AWACS and other pilots talking when they are giving out coordinates from the Bullseye? I've been away from DCS and just started to get back into it. I can't believe I've forgot how to do so many things.

I have always wondered how a Fighter jet is able to fly to a location and intercept an enemy aircraft? I know with ground targets there's usually a waypoint, but how do they find the target when it's an aircraft they are looking for? Can someone please explain exactly how this is done? Thanks!

Oculus Zoom action added to "UI layer" question? How do you use this with CV1? I don't see any options to use it and I don't understand what you are supposed to do to get it to work? Thanks!

How do you adjust your view in the A10C? I'm far to close to the front panels and want to move back a bit. I was able to do this before by pressing middle mouse button and dragging back the mouse, but it seems to have been removed now?

Do you have to download and install 1.5x before installing the other updates or can you just grab 2.0 and install that? I'm a bit confused about the order I should install this. Thanks

Can I delete the green Dcs online short cuts? When i use them to try to play online all they do is cause a black screen on my computer and DCS doesn't start. Did they do away with these shortcuts for online play? Do I just use the silver colored ones now?

I think think you misunderstand what I mean. I can't get it to work in 1.5 either because I get a message saying unable to run application due to an integrity fault of the Application Key re-enter a valid key? I paid for the Module and now it doesn't work full stop. So where do I get another activation key? Who do I message to get another key? Thanks!

So how do I deactivate it until the next update? It's causing my computer to hang.

This module has stopped DCS working for me it's again asking for an activation key and won't allow me to play DCS. If I try to deactivate it, it tells me I have a faulty key and can't deactivate it. And if I try to activate it it wont activate. I'm stuck on this screen and it won't allow me to play DCS. This keeps happening with this module and it is causing by PC to hang and crash. So where do I key another key again so I can play DCS?

Just tried to deactivate it and now it says it can't deactivate due to a faulty key. So can activate it or deactivate it, so can't play DCS tonight because it crashes my who game. GREAT.

Everytime I try to play 1.5 I get that pop up about the Mig21 Bis. This module has caused nothing but problems for me after every patch and now it's caused my computer to constantly reboot itself. How do I uninstall this module so it cant cause me these problems? Thanks!
