I dont think its the fact theres an F-35 coming to DCS thats clearly not the issue, The issue is for years ED, wags and others state to make a module as close to its counter part as possible is the eagle dynamics standard for years, This includes not just public information but SME's to ground crew and other bits and bobs. What would re assure your customers is a video Q&A on where what how and why, Instead of the usual, Community questions like when is ATC coming? When is world map coming? None cares they want to hear about how you guys obtained an F-35 contract to make a public module. And what data you actually intend to use thats more efficient to put minds at rest, Becasue it feels and looks like a back track on what eagle dynamics is really all about.

F15C and F35 (More F35) Is a knee jerk reaction to other said combat sim, ED now have competition, I wanted realism, And as the F35 is top sekret, I dont think it will be a realistic flight model, ED yet again missed the boat, For a redfor aircraft export, Sure mig-29, But this community is gagging for a SU-27, All the years no documentation yet here we have a frabicated F35, So why not a fabricated SU-57? If said sim does a fedfor aircraft oh boy ED really did miss the boat, This is my opinion and not fact.

For years we couldnt get a full fid su27 because no documentation, But you can do a F-35? How did you get documentation for that?

It will never be resolved ED can change it all they want, The fact is end of the day its a game, Proxy fuse this and that wont work, Its all down to network connection etc etc, Id rather have the aim120 when it was back in the days of dcs 1.2, And for a matter of fact if i remember right you could barrel roll the ER in the M-2000 also, But know one kicked up a fuss about it. Either way it will never be solved.

This is just another issue ED ignore, They lie if they say they dont, ED will defend it, Deleting folders and files and page file sizes dont work, Because ive tried them, Its a scape goat, To the orignal OP i feel you, I run a monster of a setup, this includes 64GB RAM a 4090 to boot along with an 2 year old processor from intel, I to also get stuck on the pre-load screen and dcs does crash to desktop, My only advice is to wait and touch nothing dont even click the mouse, Mine can take 5mins to load in on multiplayer it will load, With older systems or less spec systems it will struggle. Maybe instead of releasing half maps they will work on the core.

Exactly soon as you hit the buy button you signed the EULA and it states in there, That if said product dies you dont get your money back so technically ED are being generous with store credit also for a said module. I dont think they even have to do that or refund (But thats a different story) Its why for me ive certainly held off until the core gets better and things are done, But certainly no promises. As per comments said we all have a choice to buy EA or not, But its not promised to be finished in X amount of time.

ED knew about syria and sinia maps, SO why was this not cross checked in the first place? Its not hard is it? I dont see the issue with over lapping terrain, Also why now 2 years later? Either way im losing a lack of faith in you ED and your 3rd parties i cant trust them anymore. Im losing money and product. Stop defending it.

Yes rolling back a patch will give you it back pretty sure.

No excuse mate, Peoples money that they paid for has been removed. Its not even in the patch notes.......... Unprofessional.

Not the point i paid good money to use the map as sold.............. Not to start removing stuff with no warning at all........... So dont defend it.
