The Inaugural Tiger Meet of the Americas was held at Buckley AFB, CO from 8-13 Aug. 2001 and brought together flying units from throughout North America that have a Tiger or large cat as their unit symbol. My main source for codes is scale modeling.

Well what I do is use the federal standard codes (when I find them) and if I am not satisfied with the result, as in some cases they come a bit brighter than they are supposed to, I just slap a levels adjustment layer over them and fool around with that slightly. In the tomcat I went for a darker result by choice and I also used a vibrance adjustment since I was getting very vivid results but still the colors register as they should I believe... This way I believe you are closer to the actual color. Color picking from a photo can drive me mad. I can pick at least 5 different bluish-gray from the image you shared! Anyways, not saying that color picking is wrong and I really like your result. In some cases you can get good results, it is just a bit of gambling as I see it.

The first thing you should do is contact the person who created the livery. There is a pretty good chance that he is already working to resolve the matter. Some skinners have developed so many liveries that it takes a while to fix things once they are broken by an update. If you do not hear from the livery developer after a while, let me know and I will fix them for you.

I found another... respectively the same spot on HB_F14_EXT_03 colors the opposite portions shown black on these images. This is not so severe as technically you can paint everything as you wish, but still it seems wrong to work this way.

And paste the code eight proposed AFTER the livery {} not inside the livery {} because that breaks the code and the livery does not show up in game or the model viewer I don't think you can have a 4th digit
