Hi there. Sabre-TLA, I think there's a bug in AFT03 (the training, not the campaign). - The flight plan is not good (there is not waypoint in the Gauntlet) - So the trigger is not triggered and AAA and SAM act strangely (had nothing on my RWR but got shot down...) Could you have a look ? AFT03.trk

How is your configuration ? (easy radio, hide menu, no voice feedback) ? Do you hear the two bips when activating a command ? To bind SW6 to PTT, you need : - to be on easy radio (so bind it ton Num0) - bind this switch in HUD (saiteck "programm") to send NUM0, not in DCS directly I think. (you should go to VAICOM thread directly under mod/input output in the forum)

headtracker.dll is still necessary ? With the new FaceTRacknoir it does not seems to be the case (v1.7) with the FreeTrack2 protocol ? Or is it better with headtracker.dll ? (I use facetracking for the moment as my delanclip is ordered but not delivered yet for pointtracking)

First attempt and success with AFT02 :)

A little bit follow up with my progress in AFT01 (yes still stuck there :) ) I manage to fill my tanks with 3 to 6 connection to practice, way way before waypoint 7. So thanks Maple Flags for this mission, I really made a huge progress :) The only time I wanted to end correctly the mission (no ALT-F4 in flight to start over the day after) I manage to miss my landing a break my plane :O (haven't done that for a loooong loooong time) and was Unqualified :D . Think I will not fill up the tanks completely next atttempt and advance to AFT02 :) Thanks again for these wonderfull training and qualifications missions :)

I think we might make a flight group with a "noob" squadron (including me) with some experienced user and an "elite" squadron (as the 476th seems to do) No ?

Ok the last hotfix fixes it. But now I made 2 attempt (with 4-5 10sec refuel, I'm proud) but DCS crash with an access violation before I could go to the airfield :( (not your fault I know). Found my way for AAR : Jut a little bit nose heavy on the trim and it works like a charm :)

Ok I'm directed to the east (Rwy 7 ?) Just launched DCS_updater, there is an update... maybe it will fix it (already had hotfix 1 and 2 though...)

ATc ask us to take off at the opposite direction from the route as far as I remember. Is it what makes the trigger not 100% accuracy ? TACAN always worked for me on 5X when the tanker is here, that's strange that now it's 5Y. Don't worry I understand it is beta, it's just taht AAR is the biggest challenge ever for me ! I will practice with the training mission now that they are updated instead of the campaign for a while Thanks for the update !

The campaign mission. I launched it at least 6 time and it's the first time it appears (but not in the last version from today that I download just now - but nothing in the changelog rergading AFT01 I think)

Great, thanks. I found a problem in AFT01 just now. The tanker was not present at all (checked the radio, the TCN, and then moved to F10 vue, no tanker !) Anybody seens this ?

Ok, Third attempt for AFT01 : I did 20 refuel for 7 to 9 second, 2 for 11 to 15 sec as required, and a last one of 30 sec during the turn after WP7 (so too late). I think I will pass it next time, I really have a problem getting my altitude steady when near the tanker, don't know why, will do the entire flight manually to get that correct :)
