Thanks but that doesn't really advance my knowledge. Do that mean in INS the TV is slaved to a designated target point. How about when IRMAVs are uncaged? When IRMAVs are uncaged and TPOD is on they follow where the TPOD is looking despite being in either IRMV or INS mode so what is the difference. Can you fire IRMAVs in INS mode and if so where will they hit?

Could somebody please explain what it means when INS appears in the top left of the screen when using DMT/FLIR or when the IRMAV is uncaged?

Rather than scrolling through 74 pages of posts, using VR, the clickable area for a switch or knob is quite a bit off for me which makes it difficult to use the cockpit. so inside of clicking on a switch, i have to hover the mouse around it a random direction till the pointer goes green to show an interaction. is this an issue with my install or a known bug?

No still pretty unreadable even when zoomed in.

In VR I am struggling to read the VRest page on the MFDs regardless of how close I get. I don't have this issue with any other aircraft. For the VR users could you add an option for us to increase the text size slightly? I know this would move away from realise but at the moment being able to read it is more important for me!

Have you tried reducing PD to 1 in game and using oculus tray tool to force higher PD, increase cup priority, disable usb lower saver and force SAW to 45. This goth rid of a few stutters for me.

How much of a performance increase does this mod create and does it make an obvious change to how the game looks?

I reckon it is that they have teamed up with the guy from Polychop and will deliver the BO-105 as their first helicopter and help them learn ready for the CH-53 in a few years. However I am hoping it is an English Electric Lightning!

I am concerned that vulkan will do very little to alleviate our plight. I have read on comparisons that vulkan led to significant performance gains for those with AMD cards but Nvidia users only saw a minor improvement ~5-10%

Does this only work when using the Steam version of DCS? What about setting PD to 1.0 in game and 1.5 in the oculus tray tool?

Gazelle would be perfect. I know it never had a laser IRL but a mod to allow the gazelle to buddy lase would be very welcome.

Is this script for the target script editor?

I realise that is low the to-do list but it would be great to be able use the mini stick on my throttle to control the tdc. Hopefully this is low hanging fruit and easy to rectify.

I am using ASW on, MSAA off, PD @ 1.4, All high settings except shadows to medium, heatblur to low and terrain shadows to flat. I have trees maxed out. This gives a pretty solid 45FPS on Blue Flag however it does sometimes dip below. i really hope ED optimises the game for VR soon.................

I am trying to use JoyToKey so I can use the mini stick on my throttle to act as a TDC till the axis issue is fixed with the harrier. However, DCS does not seem to recognise any of the inputs. I have tested the inputs on word and joytokey is definitely generating keyboard outputs just not in DCS. Any ideas?
