Sorry to say but you my friend are wrong ,but it was an option to take the Mud guards off depending where the MIG took off from, pretty much depends on the air force that used them, some of them had the Mud guards while others did not.

I'll tell you guys what,let me finish all the guages on the cockpit and finish the damage detection then I will release then I'll continue with full fidelity because it's going to take months.

An Official MIG-23 is being worked by Razbam so it will be a waste of time for me to make a none training Variant. The UB is a great first aircraft to work on and learn modeling systems coding.

Hello guys... Today I been modeling new parts,the Original model did not bring a Nose gear Mud Guard which the Real Migs have,so I made my own in 3dx max. Enjoy.

Are you talking about the Cover photo it self in the main menu? if so yes, the original has a different variant of the MIG and in my MOd under credits all original authors of 3d models and art are mentioned. As for the 3d model it self it was created by Arthur "citizensnip" Licensed "Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)" Commercially.

Worked for a few hours today and updated fixed a few things.

UB has a slightly longer more pointed nose,the reason it's a bit noticed is because they took out the Radar so the nose is not as thick.

So you agree with Sirius to release a project that most external and internal animations are not completely complete,the external model and cockpit need alot of work in terms of fixing, animations, iluminations , materials to be properly applied,damage detection, connectors,point helpers,scripts. And you agree with Sirius? He should of never set a release date in the first place because of the condition the project was in and in such and early state ,it's because of him that you for example are requesting release now I got to deal with inpatient people because of this. Well I do not and I won't release this project untill I'm done working on it ,as For what's planned I already made my decision Full fidelity and AI only,so the AI will release first. The AI will include proper FM simulation done with real flight characteristics made from the real manual,damage detection,damage textures and set of weapons used on the UB. Best regards: Cubanace.

Where do you get your information? My current projects are two,The SU-57 and MIG-23UB ,rest are 3D modeling practicing and assets that I post in my FB page ,and I am not alone I got DCS community and that is all I need. Best regards :CubanAce.

I understand your point and yes this is extremely hard but! I am not your ordinary modder I understand various aspects of DCS ,sure I may not be a professional in ether of them but I can do it all by my self, I don't see any limitations, that is what learning is for,I can model,animate,code and make things work in dcs,it will take longer of course I agree on that . This is a Trainer so Multicrew is a most, but without SDK I will be limited on what I can simulate in terms of multicrew,but you will be able to take control and look around,EFM will offer more control of what I can accomplish.

Planned for free but I don't know what could happen when I'm finished with it. Also the Flight model will be EFM and not SFM ,I have to build a complete package.

Ok guys I have news in regards the MIG-23UB it is now aimed at Full fidelity. Also I am sorry to say that the MIG-23UB will not be released on MAy 15 like it was stated before i have a lot to read and study in regards the MIG-23UB in terms of systems so please understand, this is a huge task and takes time to get everything simulated the way it should be. SU-57 Animating Baydoors custom key binding plz help.

Thanks Skatezilla I took the custom systems route and its working, now time to somehow find some information on some other stuff so I can model them,most likely I will end up reading up on SU-30 and SU-27 advance variants to model a few things,because there is no way im getting my hands on SU-57 systems. -

Night lighting I found some time to work on the MIG-23UB and Speed things up a bit, below are a few of the MIG-23UB progress.

MUsic video More work on the FM, worked some more on lift and yaw and pitch axis authorities and tuned down the up and down pitching while flying level, she is more stable now.

My set up for ship lights are as follows Diffuse 100% Self illumination 100% Opacity 100% Spec level 100 Glossiness 100 Set to self transparent illumination, material linked to a plane shape on 3dx max. make 3 plane shapes that way the light is visible from different angle or add a 2 sided option or "billboard" so that its always facing while you look at it from any direction. Also add omni lights and link them to your plane shapes and ARG# so that the omni light illuminates the surroundings according to your liking,im sure there are better ways but this is how I go about doing this.
