Updated to DCS 2.5.1. No mods installed. Used to be able to uncage Maverick then select Sensor Switch Forward to select IRMV. Can now only get INS mode and can't slew Maverick to DMT cursor position. Therefore unable to fire Maverick. I used my other DCS release version (2.5.0) and it works perfectly. Looks like this update broke it.

Same here, DMT bound to axes is broken. DMT cursor jumps all over the place and will randomly reset the position of the cursor.

OK point taken Weedwacker. Just frustrated at the lack of information, communication and the inordinate amount of time it's taking. Glad you got yours in a reasonable time. I ordered mine on 27th Feb, the day after you did.

Well, I have plenty of complaints in this department. For me, 35 days and still waiting and no clue where it is in the world. They need to get rid of EMS. It's extremely expensive and crap tracking.

No, he is saying six+ weeks after it cleared customs in Minsk. It would have spent 5 days sitting in customs in Minsk !! So add another 5 days to the 6+ weeks - almost 7 weeks after it shipped. And shipping takes 14 working days (about 20 calendar days) ! So almost 67 days = 9.5 weeks after ordering !

It's pathetic really. You pay a lot of money up front and you don't get the items for far too long. I emailed them about the loss of tracking after Minsk and they claimed it would just slow the item down further if it was tracked. Here is their reply: "this would only serve to delay the delivery" I say rubbish ! This is where Virpil fall down and need to markedly improve. Their ordering, ordering communication and tracking process is very poor.

I feel your pain. It's extremely frustrating. I ordered on 27 Feb and still have not received mine. That's 5 weeks and still waiting. I lost 5 days while it was stuck in customs in Minsk. After it leaves customs in Minsk, you lose all tracking of your item. I have had zero updates since it left Minsk on 26 March. Prepare yourself for at least 6 weeks.

Hi, I am looking for some VR advice. I am only interested in VR for DCS or other flight sims, I am not interested in room scale stuff. I am interested in the Vive Pro but it comes with the headset and the Link Box - that's it. Do I need to buy two base stations for the head tracking or is there some other way to do it? What else do I need to buy ? Can I use the Vive with DCS without Steam (I don't have Steam or any DCS Steam modules)? Anything else I need to consider ? Thanks.

If you ordered the T-50 controller then they quote 10 -14 working days plus 5-14 days for delivery. It took them 16 working days (22 calendar days) to pack and send the order !! So, I would allow at least 6 weeks, maybe more before you expect anything on your door step.

My experience so far for those contemplating an order with Virpil....... I placed an order on 27 Feb 18. It took Virpil 22 days to prepare and send the order on 21 March !!! That's right, 22 days. Why on earth does it take them 22 days to pack and send an order ? It was then stuck in customs in Minsk for 5 days and sent from customs in Minsk on 26 March !!! From there I do not know where it was sent or where it is now. So 29 days and it has still not arrived. Extremely frustrating. (And yes I have emailed them numerous times.) I sincerely hope there is nothing wrong with the unit or parts missing (as has been the experience of others) when the parts do eventually arrive.

Hi Bignewy, I do in fact have a few Mods installed like liveries but in that mission, none of the mods would have been used. Are you suggesting the mods are causing the display driver crash, even without being used? Also, are you suggesting never to run DCS with the mods?

BIGNEWY, could you at least tell us the driver version you are using and I will try that by rolling back. I am on 390.77 and getting crashes.

Are you getting crashes BIGNEWY ? What version of graphics driver are you on? What version of DCS 2.5 are you on?

Do you have any mods installed. Try uninstalling any mods. I had the same problem until I uninstalled the mods.

Is that from the official Pocket guide or some other document?
