su-17m4 is nearly the same as su-22 (some varient) and if they could work on mig-23, and you can almost have a mig-27 (well, there are some difference on their nose...) you are not alone, dude. the blue block plane is easy to sale for western era.

If they could work on f15e, why there is very few guys force on some other old 'classified' plane? I don't think f15e had been totally declassified or could have licence from boeing. funny, so what's the standard? always made by guessing box?
