  1. Huey did the fliptrick after racing in the water canal.:joystick:
  2. Ich würde an deiner Stelle einen neuen Thread für deine Kampagnenidee erstellen und ihm am besten einen aussagekräftigeren Titel gibts als diesem hier. :)
  3. Wow, really good progress. I wish I had more crafting skills to achieve something like this, too. :D Cant wait to see a video of the finished product.
  4. Interesting idea. What is the resolution of the edtracker? The T.Flight stick is 256 per axis. That is very rough to fly a heli.
  5. I really like the idea that you need one license per machine. So you can fly a full huey with just the pilot owning the module. I think this is a good opportunity to showcase the modules in action.
  6. I can tell you it is possible.
  7. I have checked it on 2.01 and the needles do split.
  8. Can you please create a subforum for bugs on the l-39?
  9. But on the backseat you can fire without powerdown. :) I think that is a bug.
  10. @ Ignition If you talk about the summed cpu load, 25% is one of four cores at full load. If you are using hyperthreading its two "cores" at full load. You should check the load of the individual cores.
  11. Why can you pull the stick on the su25 like a maniac without such behaviour?
  12. I can confirm this bug.
  13. Im glad you made this thread. The L39 should resist +8/-2 G and I never managed to get to 6G without getting instable. If you compare this to the SU25T it can easily pull 9-10G without an comparable stall. Im no specialist in aerodynamics, but why is the SU25 so much more stable than the L39?
  14. We really need a subforum for bugs.
  15. This does also affect the C version.
  16. I can confirm this bug. In SP and also MP.
  17. But there are always two pilots visible in the machine, arent they? So the weight should not change if someone leaves the plane.
  18. I can confirm that trimsettings are not synchronized at all. We used no force trim joystick and the backseat did the trim.
  19. Very interesting and well done interview.
  20. I dont think this is possible, because it looks like some standard light texture. If you remove it, you will remove all lights looking like this. The textures of the za are located here: ...\DCS World OpenBeta\CoreMods\aircraft\L-39\Textures
  21. Hi, Ive just tried multicrew for the very first time yesterday and found some things which arent replicated correctly between front and backseat. First thing, its very important to join as a pilot at first, to ensure the l39 is already spawned when the instructor spawns. Otherwise the whole machine is out of sync and the gears are 80% out etc. If the engine shuts down after starting, the backseat doesnt notice this at all. It just keeps running. If the wingtips lamp is on and you refuel it, it keeps on at the backseat. In the ZA you cant hear the missle seeker tone in the backseat. If you drop out the emergency air ram, the backseat doesnt see it. In the ZA the gunsight is not working and is not clickable in multicrew. In the C the aircondition lever is not clickable in frontseat. Backseat works. If the backseat fires the weapons, the fuel is not cutoff. (I dont know if this is correctly simulated or not, but as far as I know it doesnt make any sense) When pilot flying is too rough on landing, it can damage the landing gear on pilot not flying computer even if pilot flying landing gear suffers no damage at all. I think it might be caused by some network lag, but I think that pilot flying machine state should be the primary source of information in this case. I have noticed that trim settings seems not to be synchronized.
  22. I can confirm this flare. Good you made a post. :) //EDIT Its still there in 1.5.3.
  23. Ich finds auch positiv mal was über DCS bei Gamestar zu sehen und dann noch mit jemandem, der wirklich drin ist und nicht nur mal was gelesen hat. Das Video ist auch insgesamt sehr unterhaltsam. :D
  24. I think the f15 would draw a lot more attention. But nethertheless I think its a good idea to add a free fighter to the f2p collection.
  25. You can just switch from release to open beta with: DCS_updater.exe update @openbeta I have only tried the l39 training missions, but saw no bugs so far.
