  1. You can make mission without lockon but to get a real lockon mission file to load you need to make an export from LOME. From now, you need lockon, but I only need the mom.dll of lockon and a meinit.xml. As it is lockon proprietary files, I cannot distributed it... I will add in the future, the possibility to use it without lockon, so you will able to make lockon mission file without lockon installed ;)
  2. LOME alpha public version This is the first public version of LOME (LockOn Mission Editor). This is not the definitive version, and I am open to any suggestion. Be careful, the import/export is not complete, some data are not currently available. You can normally import any mission file without any risk BUT export will generate a mission with missing information. Take care to not export it on a current mission you want to keep!!!   4. From now, randomization is not yet implemented, but I think I will add a percent probability on group/plane/weather when editing with LOME. Then, each time you export the mission in LockOn format, LOME will generate the mission using probability on each unit...
  5. From now, LOME can duplicate any group or plane/ship/helicopter... For random, be careful, we can do randomised unit by regenerating LockOn mission file with random each time... A LockOn mission will be always randomless, it is only its generation that can include that! However it can be a great feature to add to LOME even if we have to regenerate the mission each time (for different scenario).

  7. Hi all, Since October, I began to code a LockOn Mission Editor to add new possibilities to our Simu. From now, you can easily create simple mission to add planes, tank... and assign them some waypoints graphically without needing to launch LockOn. You can set payload for aircraft, fuel... You can make mission under Linux (Mac probably but not yet tested) and Windows. All the code is under GPL (open source), written in Python language. In few days, I certainly release a first alpha version, in order to see what it can do, and to make test to track bugs (it is under heavy development :D ). If you are interested in making test, or helping me to develop, you are strongly welcome!
