I have a the Rift S with. 2080 graphics card and everything else in my computer is pretty darn good. But I still have an incredibly difficult time spotting ground targets and low flying aircraft. Even after messing with the settings countless times. The only option I have Is to turn on the “dot” which makes it way too easy. Even worse, it makes it impossible to go to multiplayer since I’m at a disadvantage right off the bat, not to mention massively frustrating. VR is the wave of the future for flight sim. Can we PLEASE have way to see the targets that is realistic ? Be it distance limiting dots, color contrasting or anything else ???

Im in the first campaign I ever bought, F15 red flag I had to fly mission 3 successfully three times To advance to mission 4 Flew mission 4 today, and I’m back at mission 3. WHAT THE HELL !?!?

I can’t stand to play in open beta since it is nothing but frustration. Switching to stable for me was a great thing since things seem to just work better. However, there seems to be no squadrons in stable. So the choice is play to solo or with the frustration of OB, This hardly seems right, but is it ??

I find myself flying the p51 more and more, What is everybody’s opinion on the WWII pack/Normandy map ? Are they worth the expense ?

Other than blowing up my engine, I never really find an advantage to setting separate Positions on throttle and prop rpm levers. I’ve started locking them together on my thrustmaster and it seems to work just fine, better even. What am I missing ?

Almost impossible to see them in VR..

Just got the latest update on stable, damn... In VR, the labels for the various controls (in the P51, but I’m assuming all others) are using white text on a white background, which make it very difficult to read. The AAR tanker, which needed the lights to be brighter, now appear darker to tanking up seems impossible.... Anybody else ???

If I taxi fast enough u can get airborne, but it’s a 4 ship flight. The 3 wingmen will still crash into each other. Doing a mission with one plane where there should be 4, is kinda silly ! The issue should just be fixed instead of messed with in ME.

The F15s in Taxi, I wait for al the aircraft to take off and my wingman crashes into me. If I go fast and not wait for clearance, the wingman crash into each other

I bought the red flag campaign over 3 months ago. Thus far I’ve Ben able to play only two missions (one was just a familiarization flight) before the Patch were AI started crashing into each other. It’s been well over 3 months. How much longer before I can actually use a product I bought from ED?

Hello, I’m looking for a squadron that flies on STABLE, for any/all of the following: F15, a10a, P51, or especially F16. English speaker, “old guy” years of flight sim experience (mostly aces high , WWII) but fairly proficient in DCS. Ex Air Force (non flight)...

Are there any f15, a10a, p51, or especially f16 squadrons on stable ??

I could swear that I read somewhere that you had to have a friendLy ground unit at the base (same coalition of course) in order to rearm or fuel.

How the heck do I get rid of this screen !!!

I DLed SRS and after reading the instructions as well as countless videos, I can’t get the thing to work. I open SRS, go to DCS find a server type in the IP address and it will connect, but not transmit. I know I’m doing something wrong but I can’t figure out what. I am in the f16, radios are powered on but when I hit one of my two keys for transmitting, nothing happens. The overlay says “no radio” and all the dots are steady red. I installed it with no modifications (let it do its thing) and I’m running Windows 10. Thanks to all who reply..

I actually noticed this, but I think they do work. They are just REALLY dim. Jump in the 15 and go F2, zoom in on the wingtip and then turn them on and you will see them light up, but just barely.

Just in case anybody else has this issue, There has to be a dead spot set up on the controls used to move the TGP around. Otherwise it doesn’t hold still or lock up any targets. SPECIAL THANKS TO (REAL) PHOENIX, for all the help, stand up guy....
