I think that is a NO, john_x. As i can see this its more of an external interface that can be linked together with different simulators/planes/systems. Which makes game play more realistic, especially if you have a touch screen. Rätta mig om jag har fel Yoda. Själv kan jag inte mycket om sånt här men det ser ut som att du gör ett super jobb :), en bättre beskrivining för alla oss okunniga om vad det här handlar om hade nog varit uppskattat. Cheers everyone. @Topol I cant do anything about point Nr 2 unless I reduce the number of field textures and replace them with a global grass one. That might work so I will give that a go. I understand the problem with the contras, I will mixture with the ammount of fields and try to reduce the colours. I hope you can bare with me for just a little while before I do it, as I have some other stuff going on. But an update should come soon. Thanks for the input :) BW Shaggy

Sorry for the long delay everyone Here it is! The first version of the Western Terrain 2 Mod!! First of all i would like to say this: DO NOT INSTALL WITH MODMAN I repeat DO NOT INSTALL WITH MODMAN This mod has a very simple manual installation. Just unzip the mod zip and read the Read me document and you will be fine. The mod is designed to work together with the LO-Reload mod and the simmod LO-Reload extension season sets. Just make sure you read the Read me for a correct installation so there won´t be a conflict between the mods. Some points to note. Lock on is the mother of bitches to mod. I tried many things modifying this sim and nothing has been easy. So with this mod there is some things that might look silly "duplicated textures over a large area covering the ground naming one" but there is really nothing I can do about it. Atleast with the style of terrain i choosed to go with. Maybe in the future i will do a crimea terrain mod which will be easier with less farmlands etc. Mor like the Reload mod but with my flavour. The mod includes all 4 seasons. the winter season is kind of a BETA and im not totaly happy with it. It´s not a rough winter texture. more of a calm cold winter texture. Im thining of doing a hard winter texture aswell. Nothing more to say really more then that i think the autumn texture looks the best and blends in teh best with other textures, making Flaming Cliffs a new experiance in a way. Hope you enjoy it and please feel free to post thoughts and suggestions after you tested it. Probably most of your thoughts/suggestions won´t be able to do due to how the terrain textures work in Lock On, but i will do my best. You can hid and unhide certain parts of the model with an argument 70 using a .skins file. So say the first 10 skins uses one model and the other 10 skins uses another model can be achieved with a skins file. For our Red Arrows hawk we have 3 models in 1 model file using jsut 1 argument. I´l let OldCrow a dear friend of mine on this forum explain this better. So in theory you could build a Single Seater and a 2 seater and add under the same aircraft in Lock On.

Its a sad sight, i like the weathering of it though :D How come the Romanian Air Force keeps all their airframes? i ahev seen pictures of Mig-23´s and Mig-29´s in the same shape.

I will let my dear friend OldCrow answerer this but i think about 35- 40 000 polys is the best way to go, though i know some planes that are over 50 000 polys, but i guess that comes down to good LOD modelling.

Praying that they find the plane fast and that they find survivors with it.
