I'll also add, mounting the SPO-2 reduces the weight of the plane by 80 kg in the mission editor.

[REPORTED] Landing Gear Emergency Deployment Handle

A track of the issue: MiG-19 Emer Gear.trk -
I'm unable to pull the handle to release the gear locks as its not clickable, yet the gear is able to be lowered with the locks in place by opening the gear emerg. pneumatic valve.

The Oxygen flow and pressure indicator gauge is showing pressure with the main oxygen valve turned off (turned all the way clockwise) and the flow blinker automatically blinks (indicating respiration) when the wheels leave the ground. Conversely when the wheels touch the ground the flow indicator stops blinking and pressure remains, again with oxygen off.

[REPORTED] Aileron Hydraulic Booster Power Switch ...

Aileron boost switch on or off I see no difference in input responsiveness. -
[REPORTED] Battery Voltage and Electrical Systems
Mortisrose replied to Mortisrose's topic in Bug Reports
Yes. Still reading 28 v from battery without ground power, able to start both engines simultaneously with starter-generators off, ARK-radio and altimeter-radar work with switches off, left indicator lights work still. I stopped testing there as it all appears the same from last open beta. -
[REPORTED] Battery Voltage and Electrical Systems
Mortisrose replied to Mortisrose's topic in Bug Reports
The marker beacon and radar altimeter functions with the switch on right-hand panel turned off. Rear R-H switches # 6,7,8,9 (pg. 47) for ARK-5, left indicator lights, switch for gears, air-brakes, flaps, drag chute, and switch for hydraulic boosters appears to not be functional or not be connected to the system. -
Ailerons appears to be ripping off at ~60 deg. per second now after update. I think the damage threshold was decreased 30 degrees instead of increased 30.

The wheel wells are missing the hydraulic piping, rivets, electrical cables, and etc. Will this detail be added in the future?

With the battery power switch on and without external power the voltmeter reads 28 Volts. The manual states the voltage should be between 24-26 V with battery being used and 28-29 V with ground power. (pg.37,81) I tried to get the voltmeter needle to fluctuate by turning on all the avionics and lights and could not get it to drop or fluctuate. I was also able to start and stop both engines simultaneously 6 times and the battery maintained 28 Volts. "Battery allows for 3 consecutive engine starts" per manual (pg.83). It also states: "simultaneous starting of both engines is not permitted by the engine start system." (pg.85) Both generators were off when starting the engines and had no noticeable effect on start-up.

[REPORTED] Aileron Hydraulic Booster Power Switch ...
Mortisrose replied to theGozr's topic in Bug Reports
I tried to disable the boost via the switch on the rear right-hand circuit panel (switch 9 in the MiG-19 DCS manual pg.47) and it had no noticeable effect. Also noticed the 3 switches to the left appear to do nothing. Switch 8 off - I could still move my gears and airbrakes; switch 7 off - all lights still illuminated; switch 6 off - the ARK-5 was still beeping morse code. -
[REPORTED] Aileron Hydraulic Booster Power Switch ...
Mortisrose replied to theGozr's topic in Bug Reports
Is this simulated? I don't see a difference with it on or off and I can still rip my ailerons off at ~1000 kph. In a comparison the MiG-15 roll rate becomes very sluggish with aileron boosters off. -
Yeah fun mission, one of my favorites on the server. Can the SPO-2 RWR be enabled for the MiG-19 in the mission?

Please make cockpit dirt optional...way too clean now
Mortisrose replied to Chimango's topic in MiG-21Bis
If dynamic reflections of the interior are ever added to DCS I think it would add greatly the the immersion and help solve the issue some have with the canopy being "too clean" and having no depth. More dust, dirt, grime, bugs etc, I don't think is the answer. The alternative is baked in reflections like many other modules have, not the best solution but if not over done I think adds to the immersion. -
In the latest patch there are no tracers for the 23mm cannons, just smoke trails.

FPS performance loss with Tacview enable
Mortisrose replied to Pochi's topic in Game Performance Bugs
My FPS more than doubled with Tacview disabled. I noticed in task manager a CPU thread was maxed out and GPU was only utilized at ~30%. GPU utilization went up to ~70% with it disabled. -
It was Tacview that caused the fps loss. One cpu thread was max out with it on.

I'm getting rather low FPS (25-35) in the Prince of Persia Mission. SSAA turned off in graphics settings did little to nothing to improve it.

The exterior model has been updated but the interior has yet to be so that's likely why those protrusions and disjointed areas are there.
