In multiplayer you can only start on the taxiway. Some bases will hold 16 players spawning at one time.

I think it is fair to say that vulching is not allowed unless otherwise stated. The mission we are hosting at the moment as GG says has adequate air defenses and is a war theatre. Not just a pure dogfight theatre. 2 very different animals.

Well to be honest. I dont see the point. When Kudos mentioned this in a flight a few days ago it was about a match against squadron leaders. Somewhere the idea has changed. I signed up for a squadron leader v squadron leader match. If thatr is not what it is then im out. Sorry.

Lockon Ru Forums. The proper home of Lock On is doing fine. Maybe people are just tired of seeing the same posts twice. Hyperlobby has more flying now than ever and thats what really counts.

The 169th Panthers Fighter Statistics Board is now 90% functional. We dont expect it will need to be reset until the end of this competition which will close Midnight 30th June 2006. Next will be the Ground Pounders page. Once again thankyou to all involved including "169th_Anytime" who has helped with some of the trickier parts of the code

Im not sure I agree with you. The AIM120 picks up targets at a much wider FOV when maddogged.

I'd have to say most of you have "assumed" i was complaining about the deficiency of the AIM120. Watch the track and you might see what my post is really about

I also agree with your viewpoint. However isnt it fair to say that none of the missiles in lockon perfectly represent the real life counterparts? What I think is much more important is fair play. Whether we get a good game going or not. As you can see in this thread we can debate until the cows come home what is realistic and what isnt and still not get any agreement. Ive done my best to keep my debates civil objective and impersonal. I wont however get dragged into arguments on what real missiles can or cant do. I'll leave that to the fighter pilots of which none have replied so far.
