There appears to be a bug relating to earth rate precession. It seems it is swamping the sync system (earth rate is greater than sync rate) so overall it is resulting in gyro drift over time. Best regards, Tango.

Sure you can! Make sure you start with at least 300 kts before entering the maneuver. I usually pull over the top still doing ~120 kts, sometimes as much as 160 kts. Best regards, Tango.

Ahh yes! That is the SFM doing that. It pauses for a moment so erratic values don't transfer to the model and cause it to shoot off into space or something. :) Thank you! Best regards, Tango.

The ADI follows the flight model, so it shouldn't get stuck... Best regards, Tango.

It will be detailed in the manual (WIP). There will be a complete nav reference. Best regards, Tango.

OK! I never flew LO so didn't know. Best regards, Tango. -

How about THIS? :D Best regards, Tango.

Will C-101CC Come With Anti-Ship Missile?

We are still researching it. Someone wrote that the C-101 used a surrogate platform for targeting of the weapon which was data-linked to it, but information on the missile suggests it can be pre-programmed with target coordinates, therefore only requiring carry and fire capability by the launch platform. Unlike many fighters, the Starfighter has primary and secondary nozzles. At around 87% N2 or so, this primary nozzle is not fully closed, and the gap produced howls due to the bypass airflow that is re-introduced into the exhaust becoming turbulent and causing vibration. That is why J79 equipped Starfighters howl. 8) Best regards, Tango.

It has been used by Honduras for interdiction of narcotics. Best regards, Tango.

Rift I think is simply the limits need setting up in Views.lua. It might be too wide for the cockpit. Mirror is known. Requires a change model side. Thanks for the videos! 8) Best regards, Tango.

^^^ What he said. :D Best regards, Tango.

Whilst people try to figure out what we are talking about, here is a video to pass the time with... ;) Best regards, Tango.

Well... yes... Best regards, Tango.

What is RShift+N? Nuclear launch? Not modelled. :D Best regards, Tango.

You're not trying hard enough... :D It has limited effect due to SFM, but effect it does have... It will be enhanced with AFM (I can have some real fun with it then :D ). IFF will never be modelled. It's method of operation is classified (it's up there with nuclear launch codes, for reasons which should be obvious). Radio priority front/back seat. ON is front seat. If you tune the back seat to different frequencies, you can switch between them with this button (of course, the back seat would be permanently tuned to that one freq if flying single crew!). Same as above, only NAV radio instead. To cage, pull the knob, then rotate all the way to the right. It magically holds out for 2 seconds to allow you to do this, otherwise it pops in again as if you let go and turning all the way to the right has no effect; it behaves as a normal pitch attitude adjust. I was rather pleased with how it turned out. :) SFM limitation... if I could affect flight control behavior then I could implement these, too. Will be operational with AFM. * rolleyes * WIP :) Hope that answers your questions! Best regards, Tango.

These are limitations of SFM. AFM will fix these problems. We have conflicting information about this. What do you think it should do? Should they? Yes they do - they jam. SFM limitations. SFM limitation. From the information I have, not at all. The horizon will reset to the aircraft attitude zero datum on erect, otherwise this function would not be required at all if it knew where the real horizon was at all times... I noticed this behavior the other day (and incorrect dot/cross behavior). I'm investigating; the sync function should compensate for gyro drift. Fixed already. You will get this in the update. Fixed in update. WIP SFM limitation/we don't have control over pilot blackout. Check your flight controls. WIP. Sure? There is a very basic model implemented. There is a more complex model in the update. Muchas gracias! :D Best regards, Tango.

Hi, The EB version doesn't carry weapons. It is a dedicated training aircraft. The CC version (in development and not available yet) will carry weapons. The package contains BOTH EB and CC, so you will get the CC version when it is available. :) Best regards, Tango.

Thank you! 8) Best regards, Tango.

:helpsmilie: No power required. That is the sim internal calculations catching up with itself. It will do this regardless. Best regards, Tango.

This is at risk of becoming too serious! It's inclusion was already a bit :D and I wanted to make it usable, but otherwise the effort will be disproportionate. Best regards, Tango.

She's a reasonably fast aircraft, but when it comes to limit speeds, think Cessna 152! :D GEAR....WELDED DOWN SPEEDBRAKE...FLAPS EXTENDED THROTTLE...DID YOU NEED TO ASK? Best regards, Tango.
