they haven't mentioned anywere about an F-18 hotas, so I suppose the only stick is this, but I still hope to be wrong and see a new high-end hotas :joystick:
but... calling an HotasX with white stripes new joystick, well.... I don't see anything new there... YET...
i don't know if you can see this video, but a big disappointment for me... it's an hotas X with a different paint...

uumm... just found this

so I guess no new joystick/hotas for the F18 will be there?
I can say my ground handling in 1.5 is much improved (I don't have 2.1 yet), not overreacting using the brakes to steer, and using them also when landing to keep the plane straight.. well after many flights it feels natural..
but... as I have read somewere here, the Normandy map was made from an outsourcing team, I hope that ED in the meantime worked on the Caucasus (if ED is making it) so maybe in some months we can have an alpha... more testers speed up the bug-find process...
noticed today with latest update 1.5.6.5199.291, on the water the shadows go deep, they don't stop on the surface, and the terrain seems is floating, the shadow of the objects on the terrain are also wrong
yes, it is, a little touch of the control stick and it jumps, but i doubt that will change something in the future, DCS claimed that works as intended... :joystick:
do you have any stick extension? I'm experimenting extensions with my t.16000 and it is like night and day... better smooth movements and aiming with a curve of about 15%
anyway, AMD users, latest working driver is Non-WHQL-Win10-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-17.3.1-Mar3 so don't install anything after this if you don't want problems in Win 10 creators
well... after a couple of days using those drivers I think something is broken... my problem happened again (impossible to switch full screen/windowed with ALT+ENTER in DCS), some games have problems (Cliffs of Dover) and some others don't run at all... reverted back to win10's default drivers (16.6 if I'm not wrong) and everything is working, haven't tried the 17.4.1 yet... will do soon
