Thanks for those nice skins, I always found that lo vis livery was one of the best around. Does anyone know if that toned down livery was used alongside the classic black/yellow Jolly Rogers scheme? I mean, was the CAG / the C/O bird left hi vis?

I really liked the latest update to your skin - the new, thinner red lines and the weathering really suit that bird well. Keep up the great work!

Another thing I wish for is a new bambi bucket since Upuaut's wonderful mod doesnt seem to work anymore. For obvious reasons, I'd really like to create some forest firefighting sceneries for the Mi-8.

So cool. Since the Rippers and the Dogs were CVW-7 sister squadrons, your two retro birds will be quite a sight on the same carrier deck.

I have already got that one. It's the CAG bird Ripper 100. The one I posted is Ripper 101, the C/O bird in retro paint scheme from the same era - and it's great to hear Jack likes it too :) It will be a great wingman for the existing Ripper skins.

I did a highly scientific test run now. Standing on a FARP, I emptied a full M60 mag into my AI wingmans huey. I did manage do damage it and to get the engine burning. Also some holes in the windows on the side. However, he windscreen seemed bulletproof.

Sounds great! I love it when there's a carrier populated with different but matching skins. Looking forward to the Black knights! One thing I noticed though: the red stripes on the rudders don't match perfectly yet.

I totally understand that - but I'm also sure, many people would love to get the Mirage back. :thumbup:

In the last tomcat days, each squadron was allowed to paint one Tomcat in a Retro paint scheme. And the VF-143 one was one of the best Looking, imho :)

No, it was single player. I think I'll disable mods and run a repair, but that only works if it's not an officially implemented bug ;)

I encountered sth strange in my last huey mission: I definitely got hit by several Ak bullets, but no damage appeared in the windscreen or anywhere else. At some point later, an RPG hit me. One of the typical DCS sniper shots, I was cruising at 90 knots and that guy sniped me down. Even now, no damage was to be seen. The crew was dead, so I couldnt take control anymore, but that helo just keept flying. Anyone else noticing stuff like that? I have several mods installed (liveries, sound mod and that ab-212.lods.json), but until now, I never had a problem with those.

It would be really cool if we'd get the mirage back... any news if that is possible? :)

Hmmm... i've got that AC-130 mod, but I don't think it did change anything with the normal Hercules. But anyway, I'll try to deactivate that one. KC-130 is working, BTW.

Hey there, Since the last update, I can't place the C-130 anywhere. In the mission editor, the livery screen is all black, and the Hercules doesn't appear in the mission. Anyone else having that problem?

In one of my missions, I noticed that the C-130 seems to be missing, too. I know it's not a mod, but I thought that problem might be related - anyone else's Hercules is gone?

I had those guns too, in every mission I created :( They were great for helo action without being snipes down from miles away. R.I.P.
