I posted this in the Virpil forum Virpil, Are you guys planning to do preorders again? That seems like the only way I can purchase anything. I am in the US and every time I’ve tried the restock everything I want seems to sell out in a second. I was going to buy a throttle from you guys today and am ready to but once agin I was unable to with the restock. I don’t mind waiting on a preorder I did that with the CM2 stick. Please consider a preorder sometime soon. Man I love your gear, I just can’t seem to buy it without a preorder. Thanks Rob

Stick cane in but was missing the extra hand extender. Does anyone know what that thing is called? I ordered 2 (one for a friend) and one box had it and the other didn’t. Other than that they were in great shape and triple boxed. Very nice in regards to boxing.

What are the best projectors for flight simming that are out now?

I feel like a testing lab rat for Virpil. I keep buying stuff and then everything gets upgraded!:). I’m kidding. I’m glad we have Virpil in the first place. Back when I started simming we had crap.

Just curious. Does the warthog have a detent? I really don’t know if it does or doesn’t.

I’ve got around 1500 invested in Virpil products. I’ve been fortunate to have good customer service. I had one incident that required help where my throttle was lost in us customs and VIRPIL found it and made sure it was delivered to me. So my experience has been positive.

Isn’t the real F-18 stick made out of resin? I had heard that but I’m not 100 percent on it.

I’m wondering if one of you F-14 gurus could help me out. I’m having a switch panel made basically for the F-14. I’ve kind of run into a time crunch where I have to advise the builder how I want it put together but since the F-14 isn’t out I haven’t been able to get and idea as to what switches are important and I should get mapped or stamped on the panel if that makes sense. Basically I’d just like to talk to someone who knows the cockpit someone well. If you can help me out please send me a pm Thanks a bunch!!

These Jsi 1/18 scale F-14s are running $1500 plus on eBay now. They will never be made again. They originally cost $250 ish 10 years ago. They are amazing models.
