Hi Guys Here is another B-17G Skin for WW2 Assets Set in DCS World 2 OpenAlpha. 'Flak Eater' (WF-J) was assigned to 364th Bomb Squadron 305th Bomb Group Chelveston (England) on May 17, 1944 and later transferred to 351st Bomb Group at Polbrook on May 23,1945 then scrapped December 1945. I have included a 364thBS 305thBG 'No Codes' Skin so individual Aircraft Serial Numbers and Codes as well as any Nose Art can be added if required. Hi Guys I want to make skins for the B-17G as at the moment the only skin avilable is the default one which is a bit like the Attack of the Clones BUT I have noticed in the Mods> Tech >WWII Units > Textures folder there is the B-17G ZIP file but there is No B-17G folder in Liveries but there is for all the other WWII Assets and they all have the required description.lua. I know I can just create one but I would still need the all important description.lua to make skins appear in Mission Editor. Any help would be very much appreciated Kind Regards Keith:)

Hi Rudel +1 Absolutely,Devs work very much appreciated:worthy: :thumbup: My point was I have created a Fully Layered Template that could be used for Skinning with the Alpha channels rather than just a Blank skin for painting over,as far as I am aware and from what I have seen on the Mig-21 Forum there was a need for a Fully Layered Template as there is not an official Mig-21Bis Template with Layers as yet. Hi Maico249th Im really happy youre pleased with the Template:thumbup: to add skins in game for Mig-21Bis follow these instructions Place Skins into: DCS World/CoreMods/aircraft/Mig-21Bis/Liveries To use in game go to 'Mission Builder' insert Aircraft Right Click for 'Properties' Menu Click on 'Payload' Tab and the in the 'Paint Scheme' Drop down Menu at the bottom of the page select the desired skin.. I have created an oversimplified Layered Template. It has all the basic elements for making skins with far fewer Layers than the official Paint Kit and is much more user freindly.
