  1. Hi Rudel No that was based on the older version and was made before the Official Leatherneck Simulations Mig-21 bis Phase 1 Template was released. The Template is awesome However I and others find the Phase 1 Template very overwhelming especially as each part has hundreds of Layers for every small detail so I have simplified it by merging the Layer groups into single units helping to de clutter each one and making it more User Friendly. I hope You don't Mind Rudel But if You do I am happy to remove this post. Cheers Keith Mig21-bis Template Phase 1 Simplified (mediafire.com) I must state I did NOT create THIS Template I just adapted the Official Leatherneck Simulations Mig-21 bis Phase 1 Template so as to make it more manageable and full credit goes to Rudel and the Developers at Leatherneck Simulations for creating the Original Template.
  2. Cheers Rudel_chw that worked Thanks Mate
  3. Thanks Guys I Appreciate all the advice. I will stick with the 32 GB Ram and will upgrade to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 8GB GDDR6X Graphics Card
  4. Hi Guys I added the VSN-Mirage III Mod to DCS World and it works fine in ModelViewer But when I load DCS World I get the following message shown in screenshot below. NOTE: I am using the Trial Version of FC3 (Expires 25/07/2022) so I don't know if this makes a difference. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated Thanks Keith
  5. The Default Leopard skin is here DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\tech\WWII Units\Textures it is the Ju-88.zip folder that will have to be extracted. I have already created a Folder for the Default skin (BELOW) so If you want to add it to the liveries folder as a seperate skin you will need to place it here (C:) \Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\Ju-88A4 or DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\tech\WWII Units\Liveries\Ju-88A4 (To see in ModelVeiwer place in Both locations) Default Skin.zip

  7. Hi Guys I have created a Multi Layered Template for the Ju-88 so You can make Your own skins. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3313581/
  8. Hi Guys I have found out how to script the LUA so as to customise the Mig-21 Helmet for individual Pilots (shown Above) or any other part of the pilot outfit. From the Mig 21bis Textures > MiG-21Bis_Pilot folder copy the MiG21Bis_Pilot.dds and place into your new skin folder and start customising then add this text {"MIG21BIS_PILOT", 0, "MiG21Bis_Pilot", false}; to the description.lua then Save/Export using theses compression settings BC3/DTX5 with Mipmaps Thats it hope this helps. Regards Keith
  9. Hi Buddy Sorry I didnt reply sooner but I have been away working. Here are the skins You requested, I have updated them using the new Leatherback Mig-21 Template. Here are the links, the skin packs are in Two parts as they exceeded the 300mb limit in User Files. Part 1 https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3322135/ Part 2 https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3322136/ Have Fun Regards Keith
  10. Hi western_JPN I have Just finished re editing the Boeing 727 Template to be as requested above. The 100 and 200 versions are in their own seperate layer groups with all the individual layers. There is also the relavent RoughMet layer in each Group, these are to be placed with any Custom skins and You will need to script the LUA accordingly. The Default Layout is also in its own layer group however this uses the Default RoughMet so there isn't one included. Hope this is what You wanted Buddy and could You let Me know either way. Cheers Keith https://www.mediafire.com/file/b9fviqut998ddgc/Boeing_727_Template_rwk2.rar/file

  14. Place Skin Folder in \DCS World OpenBeta\CoreMods\aircraft\MiG-15bis\Liveries\MiG-15bis\ North Korea or Russia MUST be selected in the Coalition Page and again under COUNTRY in the AIRPLANE GROUP in Mission Editor for the skin to appear. I have replaced and Desaturated the MiG-15_DIF_North_Korea_color_RoughMet.dds so as to reduce the the reflected Sunlight glare on the Painted Surfaces. Also I changed the Pilot's Flying Suit from the Default Blue to a Green that is similar to that used by the North Korean Air Force of this Era. In addition I have also changed the Mig-15_nomer_PRK.dds to 'Amarillo font' which closer resembles that illustrated in reference Colour plates, these Codes can be applied to the individual Aircraft in the: Mission Editor > Click on Aircraft to open AIRPLANE GROUP > PAYLOAD > TAIL# DOWNLOAD HERE: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3315093/

  20. I have included: 3X Pre Coded Ju 88A14 of Stab II.NAG1 Romania 1944 Skins. Fuselage Codes for Stab II.NAG1 Romania 1944 & Full Swastika (This is a Transparent PSD file) Blank Code of Stab II.NAG1 Romania 1944 Skin (For adding additional Fuselage Codes from Transparent PSD file) Pilot Summer Suite_Without Sleeve Rank Insignia I made these skins using My own Multi Layered Template using the standard Luftwaffe RLM 70-71-65 colours and also reduced the chipping as the original was a little to much. I also changed the Pilot flying uniform to look like the Summer all in one suite with the option of sleeve rank and without sleeve rank. The Machine Guns metallic colour also looked too light so I gave them a darker Gun Metal Blue finish To install You will need WW2 Assets Pack. just follow the instructions in the INSTALLING SKINS GUIDE file.
