Interesting question! I wondered about this myself, so I bought a 2080 Ti an hour ago. Hopefully I’ll get it in a couple of days and I’ll give you an answer. I’m really interested in how DCS will perform in VR. Hopefully a little smoother than my 1080.

I've noticed recently that the flood light turns on when turning the instrument and console lights on/up. I've tried turning the flood lights up and down but they remain the same. i presume this is a bug, or is there something new system-wise I don't know of? It's pretty annoying when flying in low light conditions. I've tried looking trough the forum for this topic, but I found nothing. Starting to wonder if it's a problem only I have.

I'm pretty new to DCS and been flying for a year ish. By that time I have bought every modules and map. I'm seeing all these new modules coming and I have ordered them as well. I'm very passionate about DCS in other words. But, I would really love to see the older modules like the Sabre etc get a rework of the cockpit textures. They can't compare to the upcoming ones, and frankly flying them in 4K really shows their age (very little detail and low-res textures). It makes me a little sad because I really love the older modules and getting them in 2018-standard cockpit textures would be so good. They also cost the same as newer modules. The exterior textures are up to date in my opinion, but the interior is not. I'm no programmer or artist myself, but we're not talking about redoing systems etc, only updating textures. I can't see it being too much of a job. Maybe this has been talked about before, but I'm new to the forum. What is the status on this?

I hate to be that guy, but I have downloaded the zip and the "read me" did not tell me much. Could you please explain the steps required to get this up and running, or redirect me to information. Just got my warthog hotas and this looks amazing. I’m complete noob with target, as I just downloaded it.
