In my dump file it said something about textures for jf 17 lex vortexes. No idea. Just hope it's fixed for me and I can get some more time in this incredible plane!

Would it be more help of me to upload my logs into the relevant JF-17 bug thread?

Unfortunately it's back. I'll upload the newest dcslogs tonight when I'm home. I think it's specifically related to the JF17 as it only happens when I'm flying that. Can blast about in the harrier or f14 for hours, then i jump in the JF17 and it crashes sometime after.

Played for hours this evening with no crashes. Pagefile trick seemed to sort it thank you Big Newy et al.

Had a quick go with the increased pagefile as in BigNewy's post seemed Stabler. Will need more testing and I'll post an update later next week.

Hi since the latest up update i've been experiencing a CTD. Here's my log files, if someone can help me figure out what's causing it that'd be great. I've increased my pagefile to 5gb i have loads of space on the SSD (DCS is on a separate SSD to windows), deleted FXO and metashaders, carried out a repair, deleted and reinstalled the JF17... dcs.log-20191204-211207.zip

As far as I've experienced this, it's to do with having "forced" the autopilot to disengage. So if you have autopilot on and you pull some hard manuveures and it turns off, then I have to double press the autopilot light/button/switch to get it to re-engage. I always thought that was just the way it was, but maybe it is a bug.

So where are flare/chaff counters now? I had a blast chasing down fighters yesterday, but couldn't see the countermeasures tuicking down anywhere.

Got this in a mission yesterday, re ran it and it worked properly. Dont know how/where to check to see why.

When you begin the attack on the insurgents the lead chopper clips the trees and breaks the mission.

After attempting to lock a buddy and then undesignating him via the jhmcs my radar scan azimuth refused to scan the RHS and the elevation controls would not respond. I tried to reset it using the reset button on ddi, master arm on/off, target undes, aa mode, ag mode, turned the radar to off and back on again via the rotary by my hip and also switching weapons. Issue: Get shot down, respawn in the same slot. On the left mpcd when ehsd is selected during ins alignment the dmt/tpod target from your previous “life” is displayed under the green writing. Recreate: Fly at something that shoots back and lock it in the dmt or tpod. Get shot down. Press escape, click select role, respawn in the same slot as previous Battery on, fuel switches on, ins to align sea/gnd, fire the jet up Click ehsd black background displays the targe of you’re previous life. Not just me then. Been trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong.

Spent yesterday afternoon playing with self lasing, then recovering from whatever the plane had decided to do when i was heads down.... Autopilot will be greatly appreciated when it materialises. I find the tpod so much easier to use than the dmt. The slew rate on the dmt is soooo slow it hurts.

I have a weird problem where since installing a steam link and controller to my TV in the next room the default capture device in SRS defaults to "steam mic", and I have to switch it over to my usb 2 mic. I've returned the usb2 as my defulat recording device in Windows 10, but SRS auto selects the steam one when opened. Anyone got any idea how to get round this minor annoyance?

Intriguing, so I have a i5 7500, 16gb corsair lpx, and a 1060 6Gb card. Am I underpowered to compete or is it worth dipping a toe?

I think the tutorials could be more indepth or a bit more paced out. The wall of text approach in some of them is a bit overwhelming at times, also be better for me personally if they were audio too.

Ah cool, I'll keep an eye on the reticule next time I'm messing about.

Hi guys, Love this module, but I have a few questions. The uncaging of fox 2s, is there an indicator in the cockpit somewhere to show whether it's caged/uncaged? Do you use your radar to track/lock and engage re the training missions, or do you just get them in your boresight and wait for a tone before loosing your fox2s? Thanks, JackHammer
