Guys, I can adjust the altitiude-warning on the UFC, but the adjustment of the radar-alt warning doesn´t work. Whatever numbers i type in, it stays on 0 (zero). Is this a already known issue? Regds Stefan

Nope, wenn ich über´s Startmenü gehe, wird nur die Updatefunktion für die Stable gestartet... Wo finde ich diese Funktion denn für die OB?

Hmm, offenbar nicht... Habe gerade Programm gestartet, es prüft auf Updates, startet dann direkt, ohne Update... :-( Ich warte händeringend auf TDC-Slew und Moving-Map on/off...

Guys, saw Wag´s newest video (Auto bombing mode) and saw him turning off the moving map. Does that mean we get a working on/off switch for the map with the update this week? Rgds

Doesn´t have the EA-Hornet ILS-Needles? I saw them on some Reallife-Videos and think they are very useful for carrierlandings... Is that a topic for later release or am I too dumb to find that function in EA? RGDS Stefan

probad, many thanx for your input. Yeah, you got it right, i was absolutely focussed on keeping the VV inside the E-bracket... I gave it another try and flew the way i am used to from FSX, where i put the VV on the crotch of the deck (i know, i know, that´s bad habit in real life) and keep an eye on the decent-speed, and know what? I worked for me... Made a landing without banging the plane through the deck... :-) So i´ll have to get rid of the bad habit and practise to fly like the real Hornet-jockeys...

Yoda, many thanks for your long response. (And thanx to all the others that made helpful comments). By now i figured out that my main issue is the slow response of the throttle... while trying to manage the AOA-indexer with the throtle, the airspeed drops so fast that even immediate pushing the throttle forward doesn´t save the bird from dropping too much...

Yeah, Jabber´s video is a real help... But I´m concerned about that constant warning tones... Can´t figure out, what´s the reason for that, no warning lights are lit...

Guys, today tried some carrier landings. Didn´t work well. :-( I hear permanent warnring beeps, but don´t know why... Steering seems way too much sensitive, it´s almost impossible for me to keep the bird leveled in the groove. Trackfile attached... Any help will be much appreciated. Moving Map ausschalten? Hallo Gemeinde, in diversen YT-Videos zur Hornet ist auf dem MPCD nur das HSI zu sehen, ohne die Moving Map. Ich konnte bisher noch nicht rausfinden, ob und wie ich die Moving Map ausschalten kann... Wer kann denn hierzu was sagen? BG Stefan

Afterburner Detent? Hi, in der englischsprachigen Sektion zur Hornet habe ich was gelesen, dass der Thottle wohl wie in Reallife eine Sperre für Full-Afterburner hat. Leider kann ich diese Funktion in den Steuerungseinstellungen nicht finden...??? Wo finde ich diese Funktion in den Einstellungen? VG Stefan

Can confirm that drop! Other modules 60 - 70 FPS, down to 40 FPS, in the Hornet i have 25 - 35 FPS... ED, there you havew a lot to fix.... ;-)

TM Hornet Stick Hi Leute, in Wags Signatur steht, er habe den TM Hornet Stick und den Warthog Throttle. Entweder er hat von TM das Ausstellungsstück bekommen oder der Stick ist irgnedwo erhältlich... Gibt es da irgendwelche Info zu? VG Stefan

Hi guys, after flying some of my well known self-made-missions in the Hornet, i have the issue that in A-A mode, master arm on, i don´t get any aircraft even right in front of me as a blip on the radar... Radar gets them and locks in all the ACM´s , but there´s no single blip... The seem to be invisible for me... Any suggestions? Oh, as far as i can judge, radar setup is as described in the manual... Moin Leute, habt ihr alle schon fleissig die Hornet gequält? ;-) Ein kurze Frage: Ich benutze das Thrustmaster TWCS. Leider kann ich in den Steuerungeinstellungen der Hornet den TDC-Stick nicht auf die TDC-Funktionen mappen, da unter "Achsen" das TDC in der Hornet nicht angezeigt wird. In der F-5 und auch der SU-25 T funktionierte das. Da der TWCS nun sicher von mehr als nur 1-2 Usern benutzt wird, hoffe ich, jemand hier kann mir einen heissen Tipp geben.... Merci vielmals Stefan

TWCS Konfigurieren Hallo Gemeinde, sicher werdet alle wie wild mit der Hornet hantieren. Ich bin gerade dabei, mein HOTAS zu mappen, und dabei bin ich auf ein Problem gestossen. Ich habe das TM TWCS und möchte den TDC auf den Slew-Controller legen. Leider kann ich in den Einstellungen die TDC-Steuerung nur auf Buttons/Tasten legen, es scheint keine Achsenfunktion für den TDC wie bspw. in der F-5 zu geben. Hat da schon jemand eine Idee, wie ich den TDC stilecht auf den Selw-Controiller legen kann? Beste Grüße und fröhliches Hornet-Fliegen!!!

Moinsen, werte Gemeinde. Ich suche ein Flight Yoke (Steuerhorn), egal ob CH Products oder Saitek. Soll aber mit USB-Anschluss sein. Hat vllt. hier jemand noch so ein Teil rumliegen und würde verkaufen? VG Stefan

Guys, just loaded the Kneeboardbuilder, but when launching the tool, i get an error-message, which in short states, it wants to load files from c:\....... , but my DCS files are on a SSD named F: I don´t even get to the point where i can tell the tool whrere my DCS is located... Any ideas?

Pal, i´ve seen that link before... But that doesn´t answer my question... Is it for Pitbuilders or does it add clickable functionality to the cockpit in "normal" mode, flying on my chair and see the cockpit on the screen?
