Hi, This has bothered me and a lot of friends i fly with for some time now. But can you please add desert skins for assets on middle eastern maps, Units such as the M1 Abrams, HMMWV, Patriot, LAV, Infantry, FARPS with a "sandy" base instead of grass... Thanks.

I'd like to see some placeable buildings with larger explosions and smoke in the mission editor. Things like; -Weapons storage -Fuel Storage/depot, maybe even gas stations? -Refinery -Chemical plant -Large static aircraft -Ammo crates -Bomb racks I have seen the Oil storage on the Persian Gulf map. And they just collapse like any other building you bomb on the map. Maybe an idea for future maps is that they would have larger explosions integrated to them. Already enjoying DCS for quite some time, but its these details that keep the sim interresting. Keep up the good work ED!

Its already used for the A-10C, they just have to add it to the F-16's loadout and add drag and weight for it.

It would be nice if we could have an option in DCS where we could add friends by pilot name. -If we could possibly see if they are online in DCS and if they are flying and maybe categorise it as "In single player" or "multiplayer:[server name]". -An option to send a specific friend an "invite" to join a server or flight. -By adding friends in DCS, maybe ED could further develop the current dedicated server GUI to recognise those friends, and give the Host the possibillity to appoint a friend as an admin. -This would then make it easier for other players to manage and control the server. This one is maybe a bit far fetched, but at least i think its a cool idea... -Give players an in flight menu option to request for help/backup, that will set a message in the chat box (which player, with coordinates is requesting help/backup in A/A, AG or SAR).

sounds like i have the same problem. Game freezing after every 5mins, no VR though. Sometimes it even crashes on login or menu screen... tried all of the above, no joy. DCS log; dcs.lua

Will the current variant be the only one in DCS? Or are there others in the pipeline? Ive seen the "AI" MLU in the ME. I just pre ordered this one, but i would buy a MLU variant or "A" airframe with parachute housing in an instant :thumbup: And i want to thank ED for making the F-16 come true in DCS! its my favorite jet of all time and cant wait to fly it!

Going to spend the rest of my DCS life in the F-16, i have a few wishes for the F-16CM. -External view iconic sounds. 1.Think of the "hissing" sound you hear from a viper taxiing towards you from the front. video 2:01 example http://https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKeOkoL0WgI 2. Power up howl, example at 1:57 in the following clip. 3. Deep AB rumble, heard in several passes in the linked video. ED kind of nailed it on the Hornet, so i expect no less on the mighty Viper! -CFT's. i already saw a few topics and discussions about this. I too would like to see the CFT's on the F-16. Thinking like ED wont make different variants of F-16 for DCS might aswell add them as a loadout option even if its not accurate. It can use the extra fuel. -Wingtip wobble and flutter. you see it in so many video's and i would love to see it in DCS aswell! -In cockpit G "airframe stressing" sound. Gives a more immersive idea that you are actually stressing the jet under G's. -Tape player for "Iron eagle"s sake!

The basket for the bda is bugged, and needs changes in ED'S drogue logic. The ball is on their turf now, just awaiting news on this topic too.

The KC130's max ias is 336kts, which is a pretty comfortable speed at say 6-8000ft. Honestly of you put it up any higher it just becomes more unstable to refuel from. We need the Kc135bda to refuel from which can fly faster at higher altitudes.
