  1. Yeah the spoilers are on the wings , 2 outboard and 2 inboard on each wing, I have seen the spoilers themselves in action , Spolier brake is an additional function of the spoliers which pops all 8 spoliers up but when throttles are set to military they will automatically retract, there is a switch in the throttle quadrant that makes that happen. And I am sure it has been modeled I just haven't seen it yet and was a system I worked on and was curious.
  2. I didn't think they would just haven't seen any landings to see just was curious thanks though
  3. I haven't seen any landings as of yet , I'm assuming Spolier Brake has been modeled, and will the spoilers automatically drop when throttles hit military?
  4. Yep , I was in VF-213 when I was in the Navy, and we were always on the fan tail having to help with those push backs all the time, oh those were the days lol.
  5. Typically we would do push backs in between traps, to get them out of the way of incoming A/C
  6. I wasn't sure because we litterally would push back Hornets on the deck all the time, they were light enough to do it but one of the few planes that could be actually pushed back. Hawkeye VF-213 XO VCVW-11
  7. On recovery on an actual carrier the plane typically taxis to the six pack and then shuts down and is towed to it's squadrons parking area, for instance, Tomcats were almost always parked on the fan tail, from there the pilot would come out start his aircraft and taxi itself out to the catapults for launch and finish all OBC, and flight control checks . They can't do all checks in the parking area because there wings are typically still stowed. Hawkeye VF-213 XO VCVW-11
  8. That would work for the Hornet but would not be possible for the Tomcat at least not in real life, I worked on Tomcats for years and you can't get that many people to push it back because of the large intakes and weight. Hawkeye VF-213 XO VCVW-11
  9. No doubt that was pretty sick Hawkeye VF-213 VCVW-11
  10. As a former Aviation Electricians Mate on the F-14D with VF-213, I am beyond impressed on the job you guys are doing. The implementation of all the avionics systems are incredible, I spent many of days dealing with that plane and the level of detail is exceptional, I never worked on the Bravo but I am very fammilar with all of the avionics of that aircraft as it was very similar to the D. I look forward to the rest of your product, and if you guys ever need any quick questions answered I would be happy to oblige, I currently fly with VCVW-11 so I'm around quite a bit. Great job guys. Hawkeye VF-213 VCVW-11
  11. Hence my question any idea when it might be implemented, the problem would be it not working. Hawkeye VCVW-11 VF-213
  12. Any idea when the course knob problem might be fixed or implemented? Hawkeye VCVW-11 VF-213
  13. F-5 Module Not working Mine is doing the same exact thing in the F-5 module, A-10C works fine, I also notice that my throttles in my f-15 go to military when engines turned on, with no ability to change throttle position, Edit: After rereading the post I checked all my axis on the F-15 and none of them work
