I'm sure you did but I know when I set up my stick , every axis I had for each controller, (stick, throttle, rudder) were mapped to pitch and roll axis could you have missed one when you mapped

I was sitting on the flight deck and my radar would lock up targets automatically sitting on deck with no input, could not disengage target, till I turned off radar and then the box was still there flashing. Rig is Amd Ryzen 3 1200 OC to 3.8, 16GB DDR4, GTX1070 , track ir, warhog

It is modeled that way, with the hook down and launch bar extended you need to use the fingertip lifts to get the throttles in burner, its an on deck safety thing to keep from inadvertently going into burner on the deck, you can map these on your stick

So I have tried this a couple of times and have had one of the guys in my squadron try it as well, After using setting the ADF freq and using the ADF to navigate, it works fine by the way, but when I go to change that radio to a comm frequency the radio is nothing but static, I can still hear comms over the static but it is still straight radio static. Tried it in the caucuses and PG. My rig is Ryzen 3 1200 OC to 3.8, GTX 1070, 16 GB of DDR4 3066, Track IR, Warthog.

Put the radio in manual mode indicated by the M on the display, clear the channel with the clr button type your freq, then hold ent till the radio channel changes

A lot of us in our wing are having to reenter the frequencies multiple times before the radios will recognize the input, if it doesn't except it, it reverts back to 305.000 , this was happening on Comm 1 and Comm 2 , with selecting M, then clr, and entering correct radio freq, then ent, we can get it to work but takes a couple of tries.

Yeah there is a TDC down button to lock targets on the radar

One of the guys in squad has it but I have never flown it myself

The F14D has a lot of differences from the A/B , upgrades of CADC to SCADC, DFCS, HUD, SAHARS, Radar, GPS are just to name a few. The basic characteristics of the plane stay the same but it was quite a lot more advanced, I worked on Deltas for years and personally would love to have one with DCS as a upgrade or stand alone.

So haven't seen anything about it but will ICS be utilized and be able to use with Simple Radio or are they just gonna use the standard radios? Thanks in advance.

Have they stated whether or not they are going to have AFCS or DFCS, working on a manual and don't want to put the wrong info in there? And DFCS info seems a lot easier to find than AFCS

It is extremely difficult for me to see things even when I know exactly where they are with radar lock, I have had to use a label mod just to make it workable for me, No VR at 1080p
