Im only running Vista 32 on Athlon 2.4 4gb 400mhz ram and it couldnt run better at the moment . Have 5 hours in the campaign and no problems and not one crash since i bought it so i would recommend it to all. But know there is a chance of a problem. Also when running in vista if you have been playing for a while then change it to run as administrator your logbook and keys will be gone unless you go back to playing not as administrator. I just tried it and i was like whered my logbook hrs and medals go so i turned off admin and there it was.

I keep running into a problem though. I had trim down pretty good for hovering. I would slowdown trim it and hit hover. And engage and usually its stays steady and i use move with target option which is great. Now for some reason after a while when i go to hover and trim and click the hover on all of a sudden it just wants to do a slow spin usually to the left and now matter how much i trim and reset the trim and disengage hover and level out and trim the hit hover again it still spins and stops following locked moving targets. It works flawless the first 2 times i use it during a mission then its like it just stops working.

Im on Vista 32 bit with 4 gigs of ram and have it installed on program files and i still havent had a problem yet and all i play is campaign. The game has never crashed and i keep it on medium settings and its smooth as can be.

So far i have a Bronze star an air medal and a purple heart lol

I bought the download English version and plan on buying the box set as well

now I had trouble with it at first i couldnt shoot the cannon after turning master arm on and hitting c and have locked the taget. So in order for me to shoot i have to switch the weapon control system switch from Auto to manual and then it fires. Its right underneath master arm . So how do i use it in auto and i am in range. I cant even shoot vicker when auto is on.

just click on the joystick box next to the function then click add and move the axis you want to set it to

in options menu under controls theres a pull down menu look for axis command. To start of the pull down says all.

correct me if im wrong but i thought the apache was first followed by the A-10

any squadrons in central to east coast US??? I have Blackshark , lock-on no FC yet , Both falcon 4.0's with OF FSX+Acceleration.

i look at the map in real life you would have intelligence on where friendlies are or the Front line of troops it may not be 100 percent in real life but its there so i look where i am on the map(F10) and see where the enemy are and scan in there direction. It still can be difficult with friendlies close to the enemy even using the map.

is there any in central to east coast US. I have Lock-on as well dont have FC yet but i have BS .

I have to agree it was a nice surprise before christmas and it was totally worth the wait. I'm only running AMD Dual 2.4 and 512 8800 gt on vista 32bit and this thing runs smooth and the campaign is running great. I have not had one problem yet and no crashes so way to go. And i think they said Apache will be first before a-10 and it wont be ready for about a year at least but i hope someone can correct me if im wrong. This truly was the best sim in sometime. Thanks ED for the early release and i will be buying the Box set when it comes out along with the manual. its worth it.

I figured out the problem with seeing all of the other countries i didnt realize at first but what i was doing was editing a training mission to add more slots to fly the shooting range in MP with a friend and you can only access what was already in the mission. So im glad i got that straight. And no i dont think i had IFF on i noticed the switch recently and now im using it and have landed on the carrier.

heres another question i put down a russian carrier as russia and i was russian as well when i went to land on it , it shot me down.

Wow now thats wierd before when i placed a tank down i only had russia and insurgents as my options and so did my friend his did the same thing now all of a sudden i have a million countries to choose from.

I thought there were supposed to be US vehicles in this . I saw amraam vid taking out humvees and other us vehicles . Sorry if i missed a previous post or something but i couldnt find anything on it. All i see are Russian and Insurgents.

thanks man dunno how i missed that . This sim is awesome i get constant 20-25 fps which is fine and everything works fine and no crashes or anything was well worth buying. I will be buying the box set too when it comes out you guys did a hell of a job.

Im have somewhat same prob on my x52 my slider works as collective and i cant chage it i cant access the axis tune only FF which i do not have . And when i click the collective increase and select the empty box under x52 and click add it doesnt recognize my throttle moving also the axis box is still unavailable.
