The CCRP mode made all the calculations and drop the bomb when all the parameters like altitude, speed, angle, direction are correct to drop the bomb. This correct parameters are crucial, the bomb must have certain angle at certain flight point to ensure that the laser cone detection are pointing to the area were the target are. The same happen for the others flight parameters. This is not a magic weapon so there must be some tables with data for a proper deliver. Any idea? There is no way to correctly follow a moving target with area track, you don’t know where the bomb is and when the impact will occur so a little late movement of the tpod will cause a miss, I had my hits to moving target with this approach, but most of the time I missed the target. I’m reading the “A NIGHTMARE’S PRAYER” book (a fascinating peace of paper) and I found some lines that put me to think about this... In one hand we have this Franzak guy, a real pilot struggling with real issues and in the other hand a bunch of AV8B strogenic customers complaining about every code fault in a awesome game module. Common guys...I enjoy finding every inevitable minor malfunction in this module and even more how to overcome this difficulties while flying “in my man cave, sited on my chair with air conditioned, a beer 1 feet abeam and a beautiful wife waiting for me”. Just like in the book “Is better to have the feet on the ground and wish to be in the air than in the air and wish to be in the ground”. Congratulations to all Razbam team, keep pushing.
