ukraine has tankers and cargo ships. in the case you didn't edit the default coalition on a new mission, ukraine should be on blue. if you have custom coalitions and dont want to redo the whole mission there is a script somewhere in user files which enables you to change coalitions later

they fly to their assigned waypoint for the bombing task i guess. you need a bombing waypoint anyway for them to engage a target. bomber #2 flies to the waypont in straight line as only #1 had the route, the others follow #2. it's a workaround, grouping would still be better of course.

hey ragnar, you can use the task "follow" on the second bomber and choose the first as target for the follow task. within the follow task options you can set the formation to WW2 style bomber formation or others...works pretty nice and looks like a group formation. i prefer to program one bomber (with waypoints, target carpet bombing, whatever...) and just copy/paste to create the next bomber, then set the "follow" task. so they even bomb in sync. can be repeated for as many bombers as desired. just make sure the third follows the second, the fourth the third and so on...

exactly. if you have a look here: http://climateviewer.org/pollution-and-privacy/government-and-surveillance/maps/fortress-russia-air-defence-radar-sam-sites/ P-37 Radars are all over the caucasus region. would be nice to have a realistic EWR network with more strategic radar placements, not only mobile P-19s which are more suitable as SA-2/3 Search Radar or the 2 Russian EWR's with their shorter range.

Some of them are Search Radars with good range and are very legit targets. I found no reason for them to be not in game as usable units but i expect it all comes down to "early access"

Hi, i noticed there are 3 Radar Vehicles in Encyclopedia which are not selectable in any country. The P-37 Radar, PRW-11 Radar and RSP-7 Radar Vehicle. Why are they in Encyclopedia but not usable in game? Thanks

Hi, when i go to Tactical CMDR View (no matter if red or blue) on the F10 Map there is a graphics glitch with some of the Airport Names. The White Text of some Airports stay on a fixed position on the screen when moving the map around with left mouse button. This also happens with the JTAC Operator F10 Map. Only Game Master and Observer is not affected. Happens for me on all Maps (Persian Gulf, Caucasus...) regards

Hi, in Mission Editor, when creating a group with f.e. 5 different Units, whenever i want to select a single Unit within the group (to change unit heading or whatever), i click on the Unit but only the properties of the LAST Unit within the group is selected. although it shows the right Unit selected in yellow, it isn't. It's always the last Unit in the group. I have to select the correct Unit with the Arrows in the Unit Counter of the Group. This is really annoying and started with one of the latest Updates. Any chance to get back the way it worked before? Thx

in addition, it's not possible to create real overcast condition with dynamic weather. and although i know it's possible somehow, i've never managed to get a good amount of clouds WITHOUT strong winds. i think you'll have to edit the weather lua file for this. search the user-files for "Caucasus Storm Front" or something (also available for PG). i found this to be the most realistic looking weather in CC, but still far away from perfect

same here. f14 runs way smoother for me than the hornet. especially with radar and SA page open and a few contacts in the air

performance wise this latest patch introduced the worst performance i ever had with DCS, especially in VR. i'm on HTC Vive and flown the last 2 years more or less with stable frames between 40-60. my settings are already dialed down for VR, no shadows, medium view distance etc. with the latest patch fps suffer a lot with rising object count. having a few static objects (2-3 f18c, hawkeye, s3b) on the stanton and looking around in the hornet cockpit on the ramp gives me fps in teens and loads of reprojection. especially i feel the lower parts of the cockpit suffer from fps loss. also some black screen flashes and massiv stutter. it gets worse with several contacts on datalink SA screen. i changed nothing on my system since the last 2.5.4 OB patch. cleaning metashaders and fxo changed nothing. would love to report a change to the better, but unfortunatly it's the opposite. nvidia 430.86, i7-4.8Ghz, 32GB RAM, GTX 1080Ti, htc vive

Hey Guys, just to give you a heads up, a lot of Static Object Mods don't work in 2.5.5 OB. i have my maps populated with hundreds of static objects, mostly from the usual available static object packs (ranger, nato, insurgents, radar domes etc.). starting with the 2.5.5 branch i had the strange issue that after some minutes my fps dropped from 100+ to 10 and even less. i first suspected my dozens of scripts in the mission, but it turned out tp be the static objects. i noticed all the problematic static objects just showed as black screen in the preview window in the mission editor. after deleting those objects everything went back to normal. maybe this saves someone the hustle i had finding this issue :D greetings

they could at least release a static model until the missile profile is ready. but just deleting mods and not delivering something instead is a shame

yes, i assigned rudder axis to alle other modules when i first bought them. never checked again after that. but if i got to controls page of f.e. the F18 and go to axis i can see the rudder axis white bar move when i move the rudder pedals. This does not happen on the controls page of the F14, which by default even seems to have the right axis already assigned for my saitek rudder pedals. the white bar just doesn't move. if i clear the assignment and klick on axis assign nothing happens. there should at least be a dialog where it is waiting for an axis to move. it just doesnt do anything. so no, i cannot assign any other axis at all to the F14. i tried to clear all assignments, restart DCS and try from scratch but that didn't help either. i'm out of ideas.

doesnt work for me. no matter what i do the rudder axis will not move. even after deleting saved games folder and reinstall F14, problem still there. i just recently wanted to learn the F14 but without rudder axis i'm grounded. i can't believe i wasted 68 bucks for that. not a single issue with all the other planes (F18 etc.)

Hello, on the F14 (and only on the F14) i can't seem to bind my rudder pedals. the rudder pedals (saitek) just don't get recognized. even with default control settings i can't see the axis moving on the axis assignment page. i tried everything i can think of (reinstall f14, delete save games folder, change usb port etc.) without success. on every other plane the rudder axis work without problems. please help, i can't use the F14 at all without rudder pedals! Thx
